My mom got very good care at Mercy Memorial. The nurses were really attentive, and the aides were right there if you needed them. They were really good. The rooms were spacious and bright and in a comfortable setting. It did not feel institutional. They allowed us to bring in some of her clothing and little gifts to spruce up the room. The food was excellent, and they would take her down to the community room to get her meals. It would take her out of her room and in with other people, and I would sit around on occasions or one of the nurses would. She did like the food.
