Green Acres of Lowell

Green Acres Lowell is so far above any other place. It's very accessible. This place is so friendly. My husband is very close to the caregivers. The caregivers are very, very kind and loving. He has a one-bedroom apartment, and it is very, very nice. I have to furnish it though, but it exceeds all my expectations. The food is okay. The place is like a luxury living facility. The way it's decorated is so upscale, warm, and friendly. It's a very small facility. It only has 20 rooms. There's like no pool or anything, but my husband wouldn't use that anyway. It's small and quiet with very kind workers, and they're taking good care of him, and that's what he needs. It feels like a normal apartment; it doesn't feel institutionalized. I could stay there happily. It's the least expensive of all the facilities and it offers the most.

I toured Green Acres of Lowell for my husband. It was very inviting. They have a caring staff, and it's very clean and modern. They have a lot of activities and have good size apartment and rooms. It has a very quaint feel. It just felt good to walk in there. We didn't see anything happening, but they had a lot of activities on the list. For amenities, each room has its own fridge and microwave (that's included). They have a barbershop and and all that in there, too. The staff were very nice, friendly, and very caring towards the residents. Another thing that I thought was kind of cool was they said like the owner of the place prays for all the staff by name every single day, and the residents were prayed for every day by name, too. He really lives it out like it is his mission, and he wants the place run by that view.
