I toured Ivy Terrace Independent Living. It's a beautiful apartment. So it's brand new. Everything is up-to-date, beautiful, and stainless steel. Just a really nice place. The staff was very thoughtful, very caring, personable, bright, and cheerful. It's something you would want to see somewhere. I was impressed. They offered me to come back and try it, but we walked through yesterday when they were having lunch and I saw what the people were eating, it looked good and it smelled delicious.

I went to Ivy Terrace Independent Living. It didn't offer a lot of services. And they didn't offer a kitchen at all. They have individual apartments and one-bedroom individuals. They had a lot of social activities. It was near town. It's a very new building.

Ivy Terrace Independent Living was a beautiful complex, and it's brand new. They still have a lot of available apartments, and they're very well-equipped. The lady that showed me around was very accommodating. She showed me around twice because the first one I went by myself, and then the next time, my daughter came with me because I wanted her to look at it. I thought it was very reasonably priced. The food is not included, that's kind of like an ala cart. And there is no housecleaning. All of those things are added to the base price that you would pay. The apartments were very nice sized, large, and accommodating for most anybody's furniture. There's a lot of space in there that has vinyl planking, and then there's carpet in some of the rooms. It's accessible for pets. They have a place where you can take them outside. The view is very nice from the terrace or the patio. The dining area is large, very nice, clean, and nicely decorated. Everything is brand new, so it hasn't had time to age at any point. They have a game room and a theater with movies. They have different activities that are on the schedule that people can attend. They have a hot tub, a lot of nice walking trails, and a little lake outside that you can walk out to if you want to. They have covered parking, but you have to pay extra for that. The only reason why I probably wouldn't choose it is because of the distance from where I work.
