Care Cardinal - Alger Heights

I loved Care Cardinal - Alger Heights, and I thought it was a fantastic place. They had two professional chefs that did all the meals, so they didn't use any food out of a box. My tour of the place was very knowledgeable. The staff was very pleasant. The rooms were huge compared to a lot of the other places I've been. They had private bathrooms, and they were all handicap accessible. It was very, very nice.

A full tour of all the buildings Dirty not clean has not been cleaned in over a month Since I’ve been here Horrible facility never let your family come here floors are cracked deck is raggedy Totally opposite of the pictures that they provide three people in a two person room horrible horrible horrible do not bring your family here come see for yourself the brown buildings are very horrible need to be condemned 🙃😡😡😡

Cardinal - Alger Heights was within our budget, but the room was too small for a location at the time. The person who accompanied me was excellent. The overall tour experience was good, but I wasn't able to see everything that they would normally be doing, because they were doing reconstruction in the facility.

Care Cardinal - Alger Heights had a very pleasant staff, but it's more geared toward the affluent. The facilities and the rooms were beautiful, but they did not have the view that my parents would want. It was double the price of other places, but I didn't feel like it had the amenities to justify that kind of increase. They had dogs that were really wonderful, and it had pleasant enough surroundings and exterior, but not to the point that the other places had.
