We toured Golden Serenity. I thought it was very nice, the staff was very nice, and everything was clean. The staff told me the different things they do. The apartments looked nice, except the bedroom.

They would not accept Mom because she was over 150 lbs. and too difficult to handle. They only take those who are self-sufficient.

Golden Serenity was a house, and it wasn't I was looking for. I wanted my mom in a facility. It's in a residential neighborhood and it's definitely clean. The staff member during the tour was fine. They have about four or five bedrooms on one floor, a shared kitchen, and a shared living room.
