The rooms are small but with people living have a small bath room for their own pivate use. Assited living facilities that I looked at offered-two people to aroom with just a snki ans toilet to use. The small bathrooms at Hold-are clean with plenty of room to move around in. My stay there when I was recovering from a fall was Amazing , I found out when I when I came here was that my heart was working at 33 percent capacity,. They adjusted my medications anow my heart working 445 percent capacity. House hold Of Angels!

I visited the Household of Angels Assisted. It looked like a nice place to stay, it's clean and welcoming. The staff seemed friendly and nice. I was able to see the dining room, TV room, and bedroom unit. The place wasn't anything spectacular, it was simple. They had a nice garden with places to sit. It was very nice.

I took my mother out of Household of Angels because they did not have locked doors. She needed a place where she just cannot walk away. She had walked away a couple of times and tried to climb out of the window. Everything was on one floor, but we are talking about a 92 year old woman who looks frail, is using a walker, and she literally climbed up on a chair and tried to get out of the window because she thought somebody was approaching her and trying to kill her. Nobody saw her except for one of the other clients who, while coming back from visiting his family, saw her sitting on the window sill; at her age, she could have easily fallen. So I said, "No, we can't do this." They do keep the rooms pretty well, but it could be a lot cleaner. She had a separate room as well as everybody else, and they each have their own bathrooms. I think the manager was kind of attentive with the money. He was really a nice guy, but he was more into trying to save a dollar. Like for instance, they will have parties, but then he will ask you to bring a dish. Their location was great. They were not that far -- maybe three, four miles -- from the main hospital in Annapolis, and they had a lot of schools in that area.
