I have my husband in a memory care unit at Village Crossing at Worman's Mill. It's lovely. They do a good job. I don't have any major complaints. Nobody is going to take care of your spouse the way you would, but he is being very well taken care of. He is healthy and eating, and so it's okay. They're very friendly, and they remember people's names. They recognize visitors once you've come a couple of times, so that's helpful to have somebody smile at you and welcome you. At the assisted living, they have all kinds of activities. For memory care, they offer exercise classes and physical therapy. They have a common area with a big TV, so you can go watch TV. Every holiday has a special meal. They're very attentive. The dining area and the food are okay. It's not gourmet food, but my husband eats most of it. When I go and have a meal with him, I have no problem with it. I think it's worth the value for money.
