I like Christ Church Harbor Apartments. I like the view from the apartment complex, and I also like the area. I didn't like anything least. I like it, but they are not accepting applications because they have a lot of applications that they haven't even been through yet. So right now, the application is closed. They said they will not open until after the first of the year. You have your own apartment with your own stove and refrigerator. The amenities are good. Everything is included in your rent. They have a gym and a pool, and once a month, all the residents can eat together. They have a movie room where you can go and watch movies. It's downtown Baltimore also is down at the harbor, which is all the shopping.

We offer 288 apartments, both efficiencies, and one-bedrooms, with a maximum occupancy of two persons. The building and apartments are handicap-accessible. CCHA is a smoke-free building. A multi-purpose room on the first floor hosts numerous group social functions, including birthday parties, bingo, musical events, flea markets, festivals, educational programs and tea parties.
