I toured the Christ Church Harbor Apartments. They were clean. The thing I like about it is, that they have 24-hour security. They're near, I think it's called Fells Point. In other words, I could walk a block or two to see a small grocery store. The other reason is they return my calls, they always call back. The staff that I met was wonderful. It was a very nice apartment. They have exercise and a shuttle bus that takes people to the grocery stores.

We offer 288 apartments, both efficiencies, and one-bedrooms, with a maximum occupancy of two persons. The building and apartments are handicap-accessible. CCHA is a smoke-free building. I like Christ Church Harbor Apartments. I like the view from the apartment complex, and I also like the area. I didn't like anything least. I like it, but they are not accepting applications because they have a lot of applications that they haven't even been through yet. So right now, the application is closed. They said they will not open until after the first of the year. You have your own apartment with your own stove and refrigerator. The amenities are good. Everything is included in your rent. They have a gym and a pool, and once a month, all the residents can eat together. They have a movie room where you can go and watch movies. It's downtown Baltimore also is down at the harbor, which is all the shopping.
