Meadowbrook Park was brand new. It first opened this fall. I have been to that place a number of times because my best friend moved there in September. I have met quite a few of the residents. The staff know me by now, so I'm very familiar with the place. The dining area is restaurant style. I'm not completely satisfied with the hours the meals are available, but it is what it is. The grounds are so new that areas that will be planted this Spring are yet to be seen. I imagine it will be quite nice. Driving up to the front, it looks very nice. The parking lot is good. It's a very nice new building and probably will have more landscaping. All the staff members are very pleasant. I met the activities director and the salesperson who gives tours. I have met the receptionist at the front desk, too. She is very nice and helpful. From my experience, the maintenance staff has been very helpful with my friend's apartment. They also have activities going on all the time, like movies, games, and card playing. There are areas for those things. They also offer full kitchens in all the apartments, even the studios. They offer free Wi-Fi, cable, and all the utilities. There is physical therapy onsite, a fitness room, and a multipurpose room where they show movies. They offer transportation service and weekly scheduled things. You can reserve transportation for doctors' appointments and things like that.

Some of the staff truly care, but a majority are more concerned with making the corporate office happy. Feedback isn't listened to, concerns, are taken lightly, and the "care" is definitely not worth what you pay. The food is decent, if you wanna wait 2 hours for the wrong food, cold at that. The activities are so hit and miss. The nurses are stretched so thin and agency staff doesn't care at all. Things keep fallung apart, but the building's brand new! The turnover is insane. Again, some staff are great, but those are the ones that get overloaded and burnt out. The residents are incredible, but take your loved one elsewhere. They deserve genuine care and appreciation -- not just a shiny new building, two-faced management, and being seen as dollar signs.

We toured Meadowbrook Senior Living. The facility is brand new. It's very nice and bright. However, there was a distance between the rooms, the dining areas, and the main areas. I was thinking about that because my friend has been using a walker, so I wasn't sure how well that would go for her since it was a little bit of a walk. But the rooms were very nice. The staff were very nice and very knowledgeable and they seemed to care about what was going on. The facility itself was very nice. Their outdoor areas were very nice. Everything was nice and clean. It was a lot more open with more sunlight coming in. The dining rooms were very nice. The staff overall was very nice.

We toured Meadowbrook Park. It was nice and clean. It just opened, so it's brand new. The staff who assisted us with the tour seemed helpful and knowledgeable. The 2-bedroom apartment looked very modern and very nice. It was airy and spacious with plenty of room, and it had a nice view. The downside was it was very pricey.
