Vita Luxury Apartments on Grant

I visited the independent living community of Vita Luxury Apartments on Grant. The appearance is fine. They have a great entrance going into it. I've been there thrice, and I didn't see any outstanding issues at all. The person who accommodated me during the tour was helpful with whatever questions I came up with. There wasn't too much of a wait, and he's also dealing with my application at the moment. I was looking for a pet-friendly place, and they are a pet-friendly place. I saw that they also have a small gym and a swimming pool. It's independent living, so you prepare your own food. It's a fairly new facility, so most of their stuff is basically new or just a couple of years old.

I was very pleased with everything I saw at Residences at Merrillville Lakes. The apartments were spacious and modern. The appliances and everything seemed updated. The person who gave me the tour was very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. I was pleased with the pool and the exercise room.

I am a resident of Residences at Merrillville Lakes, and it seems fair. Everybody has their own apartments. There are four big buildings here, and each building has a community room (which we can get together on our own or play games). I can tell you our maintenance people are terrible. Our office personnel seem fine. It's not that of a homey feeling.

The Residences at Merrillville Lakes was a really big place. It's new and looked really nice. They can have pets in one area. The apartments were nice. The apartment that I would love to have had a kitchen area, a large living room, a dining area, a bedroom on each side of the living room, and bath on both sides. They had parking shelters. The price was nice, too. It looked very clean. You have to ring the apartment of the person you're going to see. You can't just walk in. They had no nurses there.
