When we walked into CrownPointe of Greenfield, we didn't have an appointment, but they were very nice to stop what they were doing and take us around. The place was very old. It needed to be remodeled. It was very dark and I don't think seniors need that kind of darkness either, but the lady gave us everything and was very informative. She showed us a couple of floor plans and told us the rates. The rooms were extremely small. They took the Medicaid waiver, though.
