"My mother has been a resident for several years. My complaints have been minimal. She is clean and the food is appropriate for older patients. The staff takes the time to up date on any changes made with her meds or other needs. The building is older and is clean . "

"It's a little out of our budget. They have a support group that meets once a month. We were able to attend once, but I haven't been able to go again. But it was helpful. It was very nice, but it's very small, they only have 13 beds. They're building a much larger one. It's under construction and it should be done this fall. "

"My father was in the Alzheimer's unit of Morristown Manor for a few months. At first, we thought they said they'd take care of him but they didn't know how to deal with his problem. I was pleased with most of the staff, but it was the administrator who didn't seem to know what she was doing and couldn't seem to handle her job. It's a very nice-looking community and the nurses seem to be very kind. The food was pretty good. My dad's room at Morristown Manor was fairly small, but it was nice, clean, and well-kept."

"We visited Westminster Village North. We saw both 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments, and we ate lunch there. The tour was very thorough and all of our questions were answered. The staff we talked to was really good, and she even asked about my father-in-law the second time we were there, so she was very personable and knew our story. The rooms were clean, modern, and had everything you would want. We had a good dining experience there. They had white tablecloths on the table, and there were five of us there, plus the representative of Westminster, and we all had something different to eat. It was all good, and we ordered from a menu. We were able to observe the everyday coming and going of residents. They had some patios and balconies, and gardens."

"My father is a resident of Wellington Manor. They seem to know what they're doing and take very good care of the residents. I'm pleased with the staff, who are all very good, polite, and caring with him. They're willing to work with him no matter what the problem is, and they're very considerate and kind about it as well. It's a real pleasure to have my dad in this community. They have something going on for the residents every day. My dad likes the church activities, the singing, and the little cookouts. The food looks good, and he's eating well."

"I was admitted to Golden Living Centers for a few weeks. I was scared at first because I have never been in a nursing facility before. When I arrived at Golden living I was relieved. I chose Golden Living Centers because of their private rooms. I was completely satisfied with my room and I really liked the recliner lift chair. The staff were very friendly and nice and the food was good, too. I appreciated the excellent care and patience of the fine therapists! They were truly a great inspiration for me. I was thoroughly satisfied and enjoyed my stay. I was able to care for myself again when I went home. I would definitely recommend Golden Living Centers to others. All of the staff went above and beyond my expectations . It feels like home. "

"My mom has moved into Clearvista Lake. It is new and it looks good. The staff members are OK, but they have issues responding to the call button sometimes. The dining area is roomy and clean. My mom is there for physical therapy so that's her activity. There's a beauty salon. Out in the main entrance, the cafeteria is right next to it. The room is spacious. It is just a normal room with a large bathroom, window, TV, nightstand, and closet."

"My dad is at Miller's Senior Living Community. I like it. It's an older looking facility, but it's well taken care of. Everything is very clean and I noticed there's a lot of help. The staff has been helpful, very nice, very pleasant, and really willing to answer any questions we had. My dad likes the food too. He's a picky person, but he's very happy with it. If he didn't like it, he wouldn't say anything good about it. They have the rehab room, and he goes in there to do his rehab and stuff. Their rooms are also big. They are well taken care of, very clean, and very nice. The staff is very easy to work with, and very friendly. I even get calls daily about anything that's happening to my dad. So, they keep me well informed of what's going on."

"Our visit to Ashford Place Health Campus was great. The staff communicates great, they do what we asked and they get it done. They have transportation, a barber shop, a club house, activities and an activity director. You can have lunch and dinner there. There's this lady who cooks."

"In searching for an assited living facility I would definately reccomend Saint Paul's Hermatige. at the time when my grandmother was admitted into the facility there was quite the waiting list as many people know how great this facility is. It is not only a nice facility, but the staff is great as well. They helped my grandmother out quite a bit while she stayed here and were always ready to great myself and the rest of the family anytime we came to visit. On one such occasion we brought a few of the great grandchildren to visit. They let use one of the downstairs "party" rooms to all gather and play. We used this area just as though we were at grandmas home. The best part of it was when we were done unlike home, they took care of cleaning up the room. Also on the grounds they have a large outdoor nature area. Residents are able to go outside and walk the grounds that share with nuns next door. There are beautiful statues and flowers around the area as well. "
