"We went to The Bellettini. It feels like kind of a high-end hotel. It reminds me of when you go and you're checking into a high-end resort. I don't recall her name, but the staff is helpful in explaining to us the process and services available, different facilities, events, and things that are available to my mother at the location. We walked into two different restaurants. There's like a casual restaurant and then there's a fancy restaurant. We only walked through the restaurants, we didn't try any of the food. They have a rec room. They have a movie theater, and a library and they have a couple of different rec center areas. They had a space in the back for doing your own gardening and having your own garden box and stuff like that. They're by far the fanciest facility in the whole Bellevue area."

"I toured their independent living section of The Watermark at Bellevue, and it's very nice and very high-end. As a matter of fact, up on the top floor, they have a penthouse there for $12,000 a month. The lower floors are cheaper. For people who like city life, it's like living in a big city where you have to pay for parking, and that's not my cup of tea. I want something more rural where I can drive in, drive out, and not have to pay for parking. I'm just more of a suburban type. It was very nice, though. I've been there twice, and their food was excellent. The facilities were very nice because they're new, so everything was perfect."

"The Creekside was great. We toured their independent living and the facility is very clean, which we were very impressed with. It's also easily maneuverable, and the doors were wide enough for a wheelchair. The rooms are laid out pretty well. The only thing I wondered is that if you have a 1-bedroom, you have to go around a wall to get to a bathroom straight through. That's just me, though. I'm just extremely picky. The dining room was extremely clean and I was very impressed with that. The place was very clean and smelled clean. I'm very picky and I smell things and this place smelled good. I was very impressed with how clean it was. The staff was very patient with my dad and answered every silly question there was about the windows and non-slip things. They're very good and my dad was very comfortable there."

"I visited Solista Bellevue by Cogir. They have a library and a weight room. The person giving the tour was nice and friendly. The facility was nice. I liked the units. I want to move there. They provide three meals a day."

"I visited this facility on several occasions to see my God-Mother. She has been a resident here for three years now and I most recently visited her in July of 2012. I love this facility for many reasons. It is in great shape, it is well kept, and very homey feeling. The staff is kind and helpful and most of all they know what they are doing. As a visitor I have always had a great experience with the friendly staff and the clean facility. The food is great, the rooms are spacious and they have a lot of activities for the residents. They also make sure that they provide great outings. The grounds are pretty and well maintained and she loves it here. I would highly recommend this facility if you are looking in this area for a place for yourself or for a loved one. "

"Aeon senior living is a loving happy home for my Mother. The home is brand new and lovely with an award winning chief and loving staff .She enjoys daily activities and wonderful outings. She has a wonderful extended family and they treat us like family too."

"We visited Spiritwood at Pine Lake. We were looking for a place that offers both independent living and assisted living, where we would enter an independent living, but as needed down the line, we could get assisted care provided at the same place, so you don't have to move again. The director was fine. It was very nice. The only thing she had available that was empty was a one-bedroom, and we looked at that, and that was very nice, but a little small for us. We're on their wait list looking for a two-bedroom apartment."

"Empress Senior Living was amazing. It was more expensive, but I seriously considered it. It's just that the rooms were kind of small and a little depressing. They didn't have carpet in them. Also, there's only 17 people there right now, so there's nobody in the memory care. They're still trying to fill up the place. They're really new, so they don't have very many peoplel, which made it not a good fit, but again the people were absolutely fantastic. I really, really, really like them."

"I have lived in independent living at Covenant Shores since 1995. During that time my husband had to be in the Health Center for 2 1/2 years. He received excellent care. Now the Health Center is again in excellent shape having gone through some problems in the recent past. The activities director in the Reflections department now is helping each individual express interests. Music, art, social outreach, memory support are there. I can whole heartedly recommend Covenant Shores as a CCRC (Community Care Center) where the leaders truly care for each resident."

"I found Bellewood for my mom almost 10 years ago when my husband & I were moving from Michigan, by reading an online review so I think it’s important to share a glowing review myself to help another daughter find a great new place for her parents. What clinched it was the reviewer wrote, “there are lots of fancy places with amenities elsewhere but I can’t get over the cozy feeling of family between the residents and staff at Bellewood.” That is what I needed - a quiet, safe apartment for my mom as she adjusted to living without my dad on the other side of the country. Bellewood’s grounds are a park like setting - gorgeous rhododendron, flowering trees, mature trees. It’s beautiful year round. There are classes, movies, theme dinners, puzzle tables. I am thankful every day that we were able to find this sweet quiet darling place for my mom to live so well. First floor apartments have patios and there is also a P-Patch (raised bed garden area). The dinners are nice and I find the food to be good. The building is very clean."
