I'm moving into the Bellettini. It was in the right location, in a city. I needed an urban setting. It seemed far above the others, although it was a lot more expensive. At the time that I signed up for it, the meal plan was better, but they've consequently changed their meal plan. It had air conditioning and it had a gas fireplace. The gas fireplace is what attracted me to it. Very efficient, very friendly staff, and they kept in contact with me at all times. I loved the food. They had a range of activities, which appealed to me. They have a gym, hair salon, and two different restaurants.

The Bellettini is where you rent every month, and you can leave. There's no commitment. It felt like being in a hotel. They had a really nice lobby and music. I think several people who have gone there liked it. They have one fancy dining room that you have to sign up for if you want to eat there at night. Otherwise, they have a snack place where you can get casual meals. We only saw a one-bedroom place, which was very small. It was in the neighborhood. You could walk to the library or the square. It's walkable. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They have an exercise room. They don't have a pool. They only have valet parking; you can't park your car yourself. It looked like they had a lot of groups. They have transportation. It was a lot of money.

We went to The Bellettini. It feels like kind of a high-end hotel. It reminds me of when you go and you're checking into a high-end resort. I don't recall her name, but the staff is helpful in explaining to us the process and services available, different facilities, events, and things that are available to my mother at the location. We walked into two different restaurants. There's like a casual restaurant and then there's a fancy restaurant. We only walked through the restaurants, we didn't try any of the food. They have a rec room. They have a movie theater, and a library and they have a couple of different rec center areas. They had a space in the back for doing your own gardening and having your own garden box and stuff like that. They're by far the fanciest facility in the whole Bellevue area.

My parents are in The Bellettini. It's an excellent facility. It's a wonderful facility. They've been there for four years. Their dining facility is nice, and their staff is interested and caring. This year with COVID, they've had extremely limited exposure, so other than going crazy in their fully independent condos, all is well.

The feel of The Bellettini was very nice, but the units were just smaller than what I thought. I enjoyed the visit. The lady was very nice and very informative about everything. There were people everywhere. There were people in the lobby area playing mahjong, bridge, and cards, and there were people in the reading room. The food was nice.

We saw The Bellettini. They were apartments basically. They were clean and spacious. The people were friendly and nice. The residents looked happy. It was very good.

The Bellettini offered more services than the place where my mom stayed. It was very nice and very high end. The outdoors was landscaped and spacious. I liked the individual care and the staff really catered to the residents; it was like they had a concierge. They offered food during the visit and it was great. I was not able to witness any activities but I looked at the calendar of the schedule of events.

Under different supervision this place would be great. The food is fine BUT you have to train the wait staff and chef to prepare the food so that it is decent. My mother single handedly created several activities for the residents, and has had a few conversations with Kate who runs the place. Now that the facility is more or less full, Kate and her team are having trouble creating experiences that engage the residents. She doesn't really understand the needs of the elderly and quite frankly seems to be more interested in the bottom line than the well fare of the residents. The bathrooms are cold for example and I asked her for an infared bulb installed, which was a non starter for her as were the blackout curtains. Every repair costs the renter. This place seems to be experiencing growing pains and is having trouble figuring itself out.
