"We were very pleased with our visit at Monarch Landing. The surroundings were fine and we have no complaints whatsoever. This facility is one of our number one choices that we have. I like the environment as they have friendly people. They also have very good food. The apartment we saw was the kind of an apartment that we would like to live. We really rank this facility very high. "

"My 95 year old Aunt has been a Resident of Sunrise of Naperville foe 7 Years, assisted living and now memory care. She, and I, have received the BEST care! The staff Is exceptional in their concern for her physical, emotional and mental needs. The nursing staff has been amazing, their level of care and emotional support is the absolute BEST! The activities for the residents are appropriate and entertaining, enguaging the residents in all levels of care. The food is healthy, fresh and tastes GREAT. I recommend this Facility to anyone in need of assisted living or memory care. Sunrise of Naperville is so much better than most facilities, you owe it to yourself and your loved one to experience the comfort and security of their facility. "

"My grandmother was at Alden Gardens for about four or five months and the place was phenomenal. It was a new construction and very clean. The assisted living facility was really good. They have CNAs that came around and they do well-being checks a couple of times a day. They would help with laundry. It was basically set up like a studio apartment or a one-bedroom apartment with a bath, a bedroom and a kitchenette type thing with a refrigerator. You could have a toaster or microwave there. I believed they also had one and two bedroom apartments. It was really nice. There was a dining room downstairs. At that time, she was very active. They had exercise classes and art classes. They had a library. It has a secure entrance where you had to be buzzed in. It was actually locked down for residents' safety after a certain time at night. It was a really nice facility. "

"I went here. I was waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. When I saw the person, he was in a hurry. So, he quickly gave me a folder and showed me a room, and that was it. He showed me a studio. It was open. It was nice, but that's all they showed me. It's modern. It was beautiful, including the grounds and the facility, and there were a lot of parking spots and handicapped spots. The staffing, wonderful nurses, and CNAs were friendly and attentive to the residents."

"My mom has moved into Franciscan Court. All of the staff is very friendly, and I've found that they're very attentive to my mother's needs. It's very clean, and well-organized in terms of activities. The meals are good quality. They do help keep my mother on a good schedule, and make sure she's up and active during the day and not just sitting around. They do pay attention to any physical needs that she has. In terms of any cuts or abrasions or anything like that, they take good care of that. My mom has moved into a studio. I think it helps her to be motivated to get out of the room and do some activities. If the room or the space was big, she might tend to stay in it more. I know they have 1-bedroom available. They have a library that's available at all times and other activities to keep everybody up and moving as much as possible."

"Sunrise Naperville was a very nice place. It started as assisted living level as opposed to independent living. When we were there, everybody seemed much older than my mom. She is not at that point yet. The facility was nice, but their food wasn’t the greatest. The grounds were nice. "

"I highly recommend StoryPoint of Naperville. My mother lived here for 8 years and absolutely loved the residents and staff here. The facility really supports many activities to keep residents involved and active. My mother volunteered at the Country Store within the facility until her passing. She never considered living anywhere else. This was home!"

"We visited Sunrise at Fountain Square. I did not like the rooms there nor the programs for Mom. They had studio-type apatments. When I visited, the staff was very nice, but I did not see much staff on the floor. They did not have as many rooms available at the time I was looking. "

"My mother has lived at the Sunrise in Bloomingdale for 6 years. She is now 86 years old, and we could not be more pleased with the care she receives from the wonderful staff. It was a difficult family choice for her to move out of her home, but we realized quickly it was the best choice for her. My mother is healthy, active and has many friends there. I am eternally grateful to find this community. I highly recommend them! "

"We loved Clarendale of Addison. The people were very nice and my parents absolutely loved it. The tour was great, the woman we talked to was great, everybody was very pleasant, and the residents talked to us and were very kind. It was all very nice. The rooms were very nice, large, and well-kept. We haven't found an efficiency room that's large enough, but my parents liked it for how it's kept up, and that the room has a separate bedroom. It was nice and very clean, and in good condition as far as how it looked. I would certainly recommend this community to anybody at all. Everything was great and based on the list of activities, my parents would have been very happy there. The whole thing would have been very nice."

"The Roosevelt at Salt Creek is my number 1 pick, but I can't get a room with a laundry room in it. You have to go down the hall like you're at a laundromat, and I just can't do that. Nevertheless, I like everything about it. I would see people in the hallway, and they were very friendly. The marketing people were very well-versed, cooperative, and attentive. They don't have a nursing section for later on, and I just want to make one move. They offered a free lunch the day we were there. They also offered to work with me on the rent. They were remodeling at that time, but the units I visited were very clean, and the dining room was lovely and clean. I love the fact that they have an indoor pool. Swimming is important to me, but that's not a deal breaker because I know most places don't have a swimming pool. However, that was an extra advantage from my standpoint."

"We like it. The place was new, nice, and clean. They offered lots of things. It's out on a major street, but that's OK. They don't have much grounds though. The rooms were nice."

"My mom was at Brighton Gardens of St. Charles, and we had a very good experience. I liked it a lot. Everybody was great. They called us whenever anything came up that might have been a safety issue, like she falls a lot, so they would call us immediately, so they were very attentive. She loved the food. It was like going to a restaurant every day for her. She really liked it. They had a ton of activities too. Every day they had something going on, at least one or two things. I just found it to be a very friendly community. All the help was really nice, and she felt very well cared for."

"I will be moving into the Oaks at Bartlett. We chose it because of the people there and the atmosphere of the place. I just liked the way it was, and it's not too far from where I'm living now, and I wanted to stay in the same area. It's very comfortable looking, and it isn't too big. I visited a couple places that were very big, and I just felt lost in them. I didn't feel lost in this place. They have a nice seating area with a great fireplace and beautiful sofas, and they've got game rooms, a library, a pool, and a workout room. It seemed like they got a lot of stuff there. I have high hopes that it will be everything I think it is. Everybody was very nice. Not only was the staff real nice, but the residents all seemed very happy to be there. Everything that I saw was super. It's a nice looking place."
