The rooms where ok. Although in my room there was a broke socket that the owner did not fix until it started sparking on me. food was ok however, if you did not like what was being served Most of the time that meant that you didn't eat. The staff yelled at the residents alot. There where never any activities. They made you stay in your room almost all of the time. When you asked for a snack or more to drink you where told oh you'd have to wait until next meal most of the time. When you tell them something isn't working they take forever to get it fixed. When i was sick they didn't care at all. They always go to the dr. or go to the hospital. When I when I would call for help they wouldn't come assist me. When I would fall & my walker fall on me I'd have to push it off of me. They'd come in & say put your hand here now put your hand here now get up. Also when I'd ask for help I'd get asked why can't I do it myself. When I'd fall & couldn't get up by myself with my walker I'd have to call 911 because they refused to help me up. Every little thing I did that they didn't like they would scream at me. When my family or i would call the owner he would ignore our calls & take forever to return them. Say something was going to get fixed & it would take weeks or longer for it to get fixed. Sorry to have to say,but I wouldn't recommend this facility to no one.
