I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mom is at the Peachtree Corners location and I'm super disappointed in how the new parent company is managing the place. The food is really bad. Until they put more money and effort into paying the servers and find a real chef, it will remain bad.

I like the entire setup of Village Park Peachtree Corners. It is beautiful and the caregivers are very friendly and attentive. My dad's room has a nice layout and it's wheelchair accessible. They offer entertainment, arts and crafts, and group gatherings. They have a nice dining room and Dad likes the food. There's a good variety. Everything is going well.

I visited this facility

We enjoyed the visit to Village Park Peachtree Corners. The person that we met with was very friendly and informative and did a nice tour of the facilities. We were impressed with the independent cottages that they have. They were very nice and the overall facility was nice. We were happy to see that they're planning improvements on the facility. They'll be putting in a bistro so that the place won't seem neglected. Overall, we like it a lot and everything we saw, we liked. We saw the grounds. They had 15 independent little cottages and we also looked at the main building which was 2 floors.

I visited this facility

We toured Village Park Peachtree Corners. We really liked it, but it was just too far away from our house. It had a gorgeous facade, the staff was outstanding and helpful, and they helped us talk to the executive area director, and got over to the other place. The rooms were comparable to the other place, they had a pool, a gym, a nice food area, like a bistro area where you could get snacks if you missed a meal or just wanted something to eat. They had bingo going on while we were there, and it was social-distanced bingo, but they're making sure that the seniors have interactions. It was clean and maintained.

I visited this facility

Village Park Peachtree Corners was fabulous, but it's expensive. They had an area for movies, a theater room, a pool, an exercise room, a room where physical therapist can come and work with the residents, a salon, and a really nice dining room. We could not afford a 1-bedroom at all. The studio was a little small, but it's still nice, decorated well, and very well maintained.

I visited this facility

The person who toured us Village Park Peachtree Corners was the activities director. The marketing person was not there, so it was a very different visit. The activities director kept apologizing to us. It was fine. She did the best she could, and she was able to answer all our questions, but it was a little bit negative because it was the first place we ever visited. It was weird. What I didn’t like was that the cottages and the bungalows are right near a highway, so when you sit outside on your patio, all you're hearing is noise. The activities director was able to show us some of the apartments but we kept telling her that that was not what we were interested in. We were interested in the bungalows and the cottages. One of the residents did allow people to come see hers, so that was very helpful. She was very lovely. She let people tour through her cottage.

Village Park at Spalding was a beautiful place, and it reminded me of a resort. They have open walkways, an outdoor pool, a cafe, a place for happy hour, and dining. It was very nice. They also have the assisted living license. The staff was wonderful, very friendly, helpful, showed us around, and did everything. They have villas and cottages, which are separate homes that are set out on the property. They also have building apartments.

Our visit at Village Park at Spalding was very good, and the community was wonderful. A friend’s mother is in one part of the community, not in the apartments, but in the bungalows, and they had a good experience. The person that I met with was very good in explaining all the fees, what’s included, and what they don't include. She showed me the place itself and showed me the apartment, which was nice, so I can get a spatial recognition of how the furniture fits in it. The price is a little bit on the high end, but the amenities and size of the units made it worth paying extra. One big positive is when you move from independent to assisted living you don’t have to move to another unit. The food selection and the dining area is restaurant style. They are top-notch, they have everything you can imagine, including PT if you need it. The facilities are nothing less than stellar.

I visited this community yesterday. I must say, once I walked in the door, I felt at home. It smelled nice, had beautiful music playing, was very clean, and most importantly the staff was very welcoming. I would highly recommend this community for your loved one. And I'm a tough cookie!!!

I am a current client of this provider

They say it’s memory care, but it is nothing but adult day care.we pay 6000 a month and the told us we need to get 24 hour care.when we complained they told us if we don’t like it leave.so we are pulling are Mom out . This place is a joke ran by 20 year olds that don’t know their job from a hole in the ground .we are done recommend to not give this place a chance.are mother was there for 2 years and was promised it was going to get better nothing but lies!

Provider Response

We have enjoyed caring for your loved one for the past two years. Our first priority is keeping all of our residents and staff safe. Sometimes loved ones may no longer be appropriate for assisted living. Our managers are cross-trained, knowledgeable, and qualified. Most of them have been with the company since we opened a little over two years ago. We strive to maintain qualified, trained care staff with staff to resident ratios higher than most, especially in our memory care unit. We will miss your loved one dearly and hope that she is happy in her new environment.

Village Park at Spalding was new, but it was cold and unwelcoming. Nobody said hello to us, except the person we had an appointment with. She was good and knew her stuff. I saw the dining area and the cafe-like place.

I visited this facility

Village Park at Spalding was too far away. It took us 45 minutes to get there. The visit was very nice, but it was geared more toward assisted living. Even though my dad is 90 years old, he is still pretty active, and I want to put him in a place that has more activity. The rooms were small and a little bit dark. There didn't seem to be a lot of light there. The residents were wheelchair- or walker-bound, so they're a little bit further along in terms of their aging process than my dad.

Provider Response

Thank you for your interest and consideration of Village Park at Spalding for your dad. We are an independent, assisted, and memory care community in Peachtree Corners. We provide suites, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms ranging from 435 sf to 1,640 sf. We offer a full calendar of events for every level, which also changes based on the residents' requests. Thank you for taking the time to tour and review our property. If you should have any further questions, we can be reached at 770-416-

I visited this facility

Noble Village at Spalding opened up about a year ago, and their rates are about at least 10% higher. The rooms for the independent-living or assisted are much smaller -- averaging about 1200 ft for the 1-bedroom and a 2-bedroom if you combine everything together, and they’re more expensive. They have 3 different living areas. One is a detached 2-bedroom home with a garage. There are about 10 of those, and they have another area which has small 2-bedroom cottages that are attached like duplex. There are 8 of those, and of those 8, 6 have a garage. They had a heated outdoor swimming pool. I know that they have a game room and a movie room with regular chairs.

I visited this facility

My visit at Noble Village at Spalding was excellent. They had houses, cottages, and apartments, and you could progress from one level of care to another as you age. The staff was excellent, informative, and helpful in every way. They had a gym, organized activities, and transportation. We had lunch, and the food was excellent. This place was centrally located in the city, but the apartments were a little smaller than the ones I've seen in other facilities. A fireplace between the living room and the dining room made the place look small.

My mother recently moved to Noble Village, and it has been nothing short of a great experience. The staff from the top down has been so helpful, caring and genuine. I would definitely recommend this community!

This facility is stoic, impersonal, lacking personality and lacking a homey feel. There is a lack of morale and trust between the employees and management and ownership, which trickles over into treatment of the residents. It is not a good environment at all. Albeit an attractive "building" on the outside, it is in shambles on the inside. Keep looking.

Dear Gary, Judy, Julie and Jan, Thank you so very much for allowing us to begin to move mom in as she closes on her home in Gainesville. You can't even imagine how much this is helping all of us as we move mom into this new stage of her life. Your thoughtfulness and consideration show what a wonderful transition this will be as she joins her new Noble Village family! Blessings, Doris S. and family, Barbara, Susan and daughters.

I visited this facility

Noble Village at Spalding was brand new, very fancy, and very nice. The one-bedroom was ridiculously small, and it had a small, full kitchen, but it had a refrigerator. You're supposed to eat three meals each day in the dining room there. They were very expensive. They had houses and cottages that were lovely, and the grounds looked nice. They have a van that takes people out, lots of activities, and a little swimming pool. It's just far too expensive for what I would want, and I don't need all that. From what they told me, they seemed to have a lot of activities.

Two weeks open. Food is inedible. Staff turnover is high (already). Marketing staff are taking orders and delivering food in the dining room because no one else is available. Pool is unopened. Parking is non existent for residents as staff members take the few available spaces. No leadership AT ALL. Residents are talking about moving already.
