"My mother has been in assisted living at The Bridge At Lawrenceville. The residents have been cared for pretty well. They seem to care about their tenants. My mom always says that the food is good. The facilities are nice and clean, and so on. The room hasn't been kept as clean as we would like. The carpet needs cleaning and that kind of thing, but the last couple of months, her condition has been degrading, and so that's probably part of the reason they haven't got there. And of course, COVID had a big impact on the whole thing too. The staff members are good. They have games, movies, and things like that. They got a patio and a courtyard."

"My mother was at Meadowbrook Health Care for respite care. She had been three times. She liked the food.They seemed to be kind of consistent with putting her in the same room. I've had some clothes missing from there. People said they would call me back, but they didn't, and I didn't particularly like that. The place was clean. The nurses were attentive. If something happened or if my mother slipped or anything like that, they would call me. I could go out of town and do whatever I have to do, and I know she is there and totally taken care of. There was some paperwork that needed to be filled out. They were good with me coming by and taking care of it. They seemed to have enough staff. It's secure. You have to be checked in and out, which is good. The staff seemed to be present in and around the facilities. You have people in the hallways in wheelchairs and all these people seemed to be overseeing them here and there. I like the staff. And the rooms were big, and the TVs were small. The bathrooms were large. They're adequate."

"After breaking her femur, our 95-year-old mother just finished a 21-day stay at TW&R Center. She was well cared for by the kind and competent staff and rehabilitation team. While the facilities could use a facelift and a better system for patients to alert staff to their needs, they were clean and well-maintained. Our mom was frankly too weak to profit from the amenities but was pleased by the tasty meals and friendly manner of all who attended to her. We would recommend the center to others who find themselves in need of similar care. "

"My husband fell about 3 weeks ago and is in Conyers Rehab right now. He's in recovery and pretty much on his own. He just need assistance with walking. He does all his physical therapies at daytime to strengthen him. They take good care of my husband. The facility is clean and the food is excellent. It's just dynamic. I really like it. "

"I visited my first nursing home after my uncle collapsed on the floor from a stroke. He has struggled with diabetes and the stroke caused him to lose sensation in his legs. My uncle was a long time hoarder and the hospital decided that the best place for him was a nursing home called Rockdale Healthcare Center. He was unable to pay the monthly price--and to stubborn to sign medicaid documents--and the nursing home refused to take him back after a routine procedure at a nearby hospital. My uncle granted my father power of attorney for both his life and finances and a nursing home, Traditions, volunteered to take him if he would sign the medicaid papers. We were originally worried about Traditions Health and Rehabilitation because of negative reviews that we'd read about online, but quickly came to accept the facility as a second home. Traditions staff greet us with friendly attitudes every time we come by, the upper management helped us through all the difficult paper work, and my Uncle is pleased to be around people his age. Unlike other nursing homes I noted a more relaxed environment where the guests are happy and well treated. On the negative side of things; Traditions seems to be lacking staff and that causes each nurse to take on a heavier work load. They also have a limited number of machines and my uncle has to be wheeled to the hospital every-time he needs a simple procedure done. "

"My mom has been undergoing PT at RHC and so far everything has been very good. Starting out with Tammy in Admissions very nice and informative. Nurse Jameika is very kind and helpful. CNA Melissa...OMG she is phenomenal!!! She really takes very good care of her patients. Cynthia and Authrine are very good too. The cafeteria staff feeds them very good food 👌 The only negative is during the day it takes too long for staff to respond to the patient service call even after light flashing for a very long time. Please hire more staff and recommend checking on patients at least every hour. The patient rooms need a little paint touch-up on the walls. Another suggestion is to maybe have recliner sleep chairs for family to stay overnight if needed. I think Physical Therapy could be twice a day one in the room and one with equipment in PT room "

"Hi I'm Pat and I came to visit my mom at the Rehabilitation Center on Saturday January 3,2015.i was very impressed and happy when I saw my mom. She was been well taken of. I want to thank the workers, your nurse , the lady who bathe and dress also Suzette ladies a big thank you all from Miss dorrette family. We feel very happy and you know our mother is in great care. The place is very clean and lunch was well prepare. A big up to Westbury Health And Rehabilitation home. "

"Our close relative was there for rehabilitation. This is a great facility! From the moment we got there and met with Nichelle, we knew, we are in good hands. She is honest, hospitable and will go extra mile for you. Nurses ( Andrea was ours) , techs (especially Marina, Carol and Trevor) are the best! Very polite, attentive. Their job is very hard, but they do it with the smile. You do not feel that you bother them, always ready to help! Finally, they have great therapy department: Carla, Tamara, Rob, Toya - never give up, always find the way to make it more exiting. The only think you should be careful- communication with the business office. They would not communicate with you, you should initiate and be persistent, otherwise you will have "surprises" at the end."

"As a sister you must attend the family meetings to voice your concerns. All the staff leaders are there to understand what you would suggest as a care plan for your love one.Out door activities would be great for those who can go outside not just to smoke. Upgrade bathroom. Paint the rooms. Staff members are Great! Really enjoy church volunteers and other volunteers. Thanks "

"I left the hospital mad at life and through their caring they gave me the first love I ever knew of. I'd never had a kiss or a hug and didn't know what love was. through their love and friendship, I know a little about love and care now. stranges feeling I ever had. so, this would be the place I'd want to be if I ever was sick again. and the patio garden is so beautiful, they should call it God's therapy. rooms are nice and the best staff."

"I came to Manorcare REhab Decatur following a spinal fusion surgery. I was supposed to return home after 4 days in the hospital but due to complications it was recommended that I do inpatient rehab for few weeks. I knew immediately where I wanted to go. Manorcare Health and Rehab Center in Decatur. My father has had two fantastic stays with them, leaving with strength he did not have prior to going there. My personal experience here has been just great. Therapy is my favorite. I had great experience with PT and OT. They truly listened to my needs, we're very professional, and made therapy fun all at the same time. The nursing staff was wonderful as well. My nurses were attentive, professional, and answered any questions I had immediately. The staff overall are very professional personable and make the atmosphere family like. Most of them knew my name and that was very impressive to me. I would recommend this Manorcare to anyone needing the services they offer. I am very appreciative of all they have done for me. "

"Park Place was an excellent place. It was just more care than my father actually needed. It was more of a rehab facility, and there were extra things that he didn't need help with. He also complained about the food. Not that it was bad, but he likes it better where he's at now. He was in a shared room, two patients to a room. It was very hospital-like. However, the place was very clean. You would never smell anything out of the way, and it always smelled fresh and clean. I never saw anything dirty in the place. The staff gave me information on Dad's condition and told me that he really didn't need to be there, and that's one thing I was grateful for. They did most of rehab work, and he was able to take care of himself. He just needed somebody to make sure he wouldn't wander off. They had activities like exercise and that sort of thing. He seemed like he was happy there. He just didn't care for being in a shared room because he was hoping to have an apartment-like feel. The food was kind of like hospital food. However, for a rehab facility, it was excellent. "

"After being admitted to this facility, we could not be more pleased with how they treated my family member. My father-in-law was admitted here and we were always welcomed by the nurses and the physician always took the time to stay in the room to explain what was going on. The treatment plan was on point and they advised us immediately if any problems came up. It is a place I would recommend to other people. "
