The nursing staff is personal and attentive, the activities department is enthusiastic and phenomenal, and everyone I've encountered in the facility from the business office to the janitorial staff is friendly and helpful. I've made lots of surprise visits at all hours, and I have never witnessed anything but calm, competent care. We both really like this place! "

"We went here. They were ready to admit my sister-in-law, but she backed out. They were very helpful there. It was very nice, and I don't have any complaints about it. We saw a double room for two people that was small but had a TV, so we were pleased with it. The staff was excellent. When we walked down the hall, the workers spoke to everyone and were very congenial."

"All levels of staff seem well trained to understand the needs of persons with dementia. The environment is very pleasant, inside and out, with lovely landscaping. There are 3 different pavilions with increasing levels of care available as residents' needs change, each with a central hub that has small pods of rooms all around. Over time, the residents seem to share a sense of community. "

"I can’t say enough good things about AG Rhodes at Wesley Woods! From the day my mother in law got there she was welcomed as part of the “family”. Her care has been outstanding, everyone is attentive and helpful. They communicate with the family members frequently and take quick and decisive action if there is an emergency. Their quick care kept my mother in law out of the hospital when she had trouble breathing. She says the food is good and they are respectful when a resident needs “personal care”. She’s very happy. If you have to be in long term care, Rhodes is top notch. (I have experience with my parents at several other “good” facilities, so this is an experienced review!) 🙂"

"I don’t know what it is about this place but it surely makes my mother happy. She gets everything she needs as far as healthcare. The rooms are cleaned daily. She gets excited every time someone walks in the room and she loves physical therapist. She said, “This is the place for me son!” I am so pleased with your entire staff."

"In my experience the staff here was very warm and inviting. They all seemed to have close and personal bonds with the residents. During my mother's stay there she seemed to have bonded well with several of the staff. The only downfall of the facility is the smell of urine as you travel down the halls if there was any way to help with that, that would be my only negative. If i ever felt there was a problem i felt comfort in knowing i could speak with someone and i would be addressed immediately. I felt very secure with my mother staying there. I felt as if there was a sense of family there and she was not alone.I must say that overall i would say this is a very nice and welcoming facility. "

"After being admitted to this facility, we could not be more pleased with how they treated my family member. My father-in-law was admitted here and we were always welcomed by the nurses and the physician always took the time to stay in the room to explain what was going on. The treatment plan was on point and they advised us immediately if any problems came up. It is a place I would recommend to other people. "

"I recently visited this facility, & and the staff was actually pretty amazing. There was a long wait due to a lot of people being there and seemed like there wasn’t enough employees but the lady at the front desk , she was making time go by , having conversations , making me laugh, I enjoyed the coffee she offered . Really sweet young lady . The residents seem to really like her , overall it was a pretty good experience . I’m not sure how yall have her doing all that work though . She handles it pretty well though . "

"My mom needed the care already and I can't do it. The waiting list in the other facility was too long so I opted for Westminster Commons. The staff were approachable, friendly and they took good care of her. She was in a shared room with two more residents but it was clean and spacious. They also had arts and crafts. My mother seemed happier there than in the previous facility. I would commend this place to others. "

"I was at AG Rhodes Health & Rehab for about two weeks for my rehab. It was my second time in this facility, and everything was very nice. The facility is very clean, nice, and quiet. The staff are very nice and attentive. When you ring the bell, they are immediately there. When I ask them questions, they answer to the best of their ability. We also have activities, like bingo. "

"I visited Traditions, and it seemed to be a nice place. It was clean. The staff seemed professional. I didn't see any disgruntled patients. I left with a very decent impression of it. They showed me the room, and if I had chosen that facility, it would have been a private room. It was large enough to be a single private room. It had its own temperature control. It had a bed, but there was no television, so you would have to bring your own television. Overall, it was pretty decent. They had activities like therapy. They had the recreation lounge where you could have a family meeting, watch TV, or have dinner with the family. On certain days they had bingo, movie nights, and other activities for the patients to be involved in. If the patient was able to get up and walk, they could freely roam the whole floor. It wasn't like the patients were on lock down. "

"Awesome team at PruittHealth Brookhaven (PHB)!! A close family member was there for short-term, non-acute rehab. From the Admissions Director and staff and front desk reception (from day one) to the nursing team, CNAs, medical team, physical/occupational therapy team and the nutrition and food service teams - most demonstrated the highest levels of professionalism, compassion and care. Trust and believe, I looked at several centers (most had horrible reviews - and many lived up to them), and we wound up in one that was definitely sub-par before space was available at PHB. It is definitely many cuts above! The facility is very well kept, and everyone is accommodating and responsive. Even the food was good! the PT team is first rate!! We had amazing results in a short time. - To anyone reviewing facilities, keep in mind that no one usually WANTS to be in a rehab center, and no place will be like home. The PHB team recognizes this and tries to make the stay as comfortable as possible, given the circumstances. They get to know the patient and the family. As I was told - they may not be perfect, but they do their best. It's true! Even if not perfect, we saw the genuine effort to make things right. They take great care to take great care of those entrusted to them"

"They treat my mother like an inmate. There are so many rules, that I think they have finally broken her spirt. I have tried for a week solid to reach my mother and no one answers the phone. When I call to talk to rather social worker she is NEVER AVAILABLE. I have left my name and number and she won't call me back. This place doesn't deserve even 1 star, bot there isn't an option for zero. DON't put a loved one there. "
