"Last January, I found myself looking for a residential placement for my dad after his in home care was no longer in his best interest. Autumn Breeze was one of the facilities that was recommended. Upon arrival, we were received warmly and within minutes we were able to do an on-site assessment of the facility and staff. This was impressive as often people try to get their house in order first to give a less than organic view of the day to day reality. I knew then that this was the place! My dad remains happy, the staff continues to be caring and most professional and always responsive to any questions that I may have. My focus is on "care" and nothing else. Kudos to the entire staff for your dedication and commitment to patients and families. I commend you for a job well done as you provide continuous "care" to all patients. Hats off to a great team of rock stars!"

"My wife is in Pruitt Health Care, and she's been there since November. I am happy that she's doing well there. They give her a lot of attention, and there is a great deal of therapy going on. So far, so good. "

"I am incredibly grateful for the care and compassion my loved one has received at Tower Road Post Acute. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and reassured by the warm, professional staff. The facility itself is clean, bright, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and safe environment. The nurses, aides, and therapists go above and beyond in providing personalized care, and it's clear they truly care about the residents’ well-being. Communication with the family has been excellent, and I always feel informed about my loved one's progress and any changes in their care plan. The staff takes the time to listen to concerns and answers any questions with patience and kindness. It's evident that they treat the residents like family, and I’m so grateful for that. Thank you to everyone at Tower Road Post Acute for your dedication and hard work. Knowing that my loved one is in such capable hands brings peace of mind, and I’m truly thankful for the exceptional care they’ve received."

"Compassionate, understanding, well established! Could not ask for a better facility to have help love and support my family member in there final days on this earth. Not just as a hospices facility but a live in facility. The other patients in the facility when visiting has nothing but great things to say about everyone!"

"I got my mother a bed at A.G. Rhodes Cobb. I went over there yesterday and looked at it, and we accepted the room and she's supposed to be transferred sometime today. As of now, I've got nothing negative to say about it. It was nice. It was clean. They just had remodeled the rooms. The people are extremely kind. The lady stayed and took me around, so I appreciated that. She'll be sharing a room, so there's not a lot of room. It's kind of small. They got a visiting room because the room just didn't have a lot of room for chairs to be put. It all worked out. It's also a nursing home. They have a separate section for rehab."

The kitchen staff are sweet and approachable. There seems to be a shortage of nurses and CNAs. And. Lastly Nurse Dana is a good person and excellent nurse, She is special she danced with me and I loved it. Hope to dance with CJ and Dana when I check out of here. Ghana is my HERO. "My dad's room at Delmar Gardens of Smyrna is very nice. It's updated, modern, and clean. I saw their whole activities and they have various activities every day between bingo, games, and ice cream socials. Yesterday was his first day, and everybody was very receptive and came to his room. Their price is very affordable."

"I was a Resident at Pruitt Austell about three months ago. During my stay the staff was very attentive to my needs. My room was always clean and the housekeeper had a great attitude she always had time to talk to me. The food was great, I was able to choose my meals from a selective menu. "

"Thank God for Presbyterian Village! My mother fell and broke her jaw in December. She was admitted to the nursing home at Presbyterian Village for rehab and spent 20 days there. Everyone was kind to her and gave her great care! She enjoyed the food and companionship. The only complaint she had was her roommate leaving the television on all night, making it hard to sleep. We are considering moving her from our home to supportive living. I highly recommend Presbyterian Village! The staff works extremely hard and they are conscientious to their residents. "

"I was Admitted to this facility strictly as a short time resident for therapy. As I entered the facility, I could tell it has been in this community for numerous years and was now under construction. As I entered on a Saturday afternoon, my therapy began on Sunday morning. The therapy that I received was grade "A" and the therapist were extremely personable and one-on-one with each resident. My medication was given as prescribed and usually right on time or within the general timeframe. The nurses, care team, admins and supervisors were generous with their time, since thats all a resident has here. They also answered questions and concern with tremendous bed side manner, attentiveness and investigation where needed. The meals here were prepared to the residents needs. They may not have been gourmet, but they are not merely a restaurant, they are a facility to aid in caring for the person as a whole! Thank you for becoming a part of my family! Janet S."

"My brother has been a resident in the Center for 2 months and he has been taken care of very well. I also have a cousin at the center (oh my God) they love on her as if she was their own. What I like about the Healing & Nursing Center is that if you have any questions or issues they will be addressed immediately. They are a very CLEAN center and have doctors ready to attend to the residents whenever needed. Awesome activities; singing , cross word puzzles and more. I feel as family members we need to check on our family members CONSTANTLY that are residents. I have found when being consistent in visiting and holding individuals accountable everything work out for my loved ones favor. And the Director gives us her email so that if an issue is not resolved, she will step in immediately. I personally give them a 5 star."

"My husband is in Woodstock Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. They give him excellent care. He is in the Alzheimer's unit. They are well staffed there. They call me with the least little things that happen to him, and they keep me well informed about what's going on. It is a small facility right at downtown Woodstock. They don't have have a lot of ground area, but my husband is behind locked doors because of the Alzheimer's. They don't want him to wander, so they keep a close tab on him. In the nursing home portion, they do have a nice courtyard where the people can go and get outside or sit outside. My husband used to do that when he was not there for Alzheimer's. I think their price is reasonable at most, and his Medicare/Medicaid helps cover the bulk of the cost. I think given the care he gets, I don't know if I would find any comparable care for less money anywhere. The peace of mind that I have knowing that he is well cared for is worth it. It's definitely highly recommended. "

"My mother was in PruittHealth - West Atlanta. I never really experienced nursing homes. I don't know the gist of it, but it was pretty decent all in all. She liked the service that she received. I liked the place, but I felt like it should have been a little more updated. It was clean, but it was old-fashioned, like not modern at all. The service was good. They took care of her. They kept me updated as far as if anything changed or anything I needed to know. The staff was nice and friendly. They checked on her. They weren't disrespectful or anything like that. The food was cold. It was never hot. If the food was hot, it would have been good. They had a courtyard patio. They had a garden on the front side."
