My mother was in PruittHealth - West Atlanta. I never really experienced nursing homes. I don't know the gist of it, but it was pretty decent all in all. She liked the service that she received. I liked the place, but I felt like it should have been a little more updated. It was clean, but it was old-fashioned, like not modern at all. The service was good. They took care of her. They kept me updated as far as if anything changed or anything I needed to know. The staff was nice and friendly. They checked on her. They weren't disrespectful or anything like that. The food was cold. It was never hot. If the food was hot, it would have been good. They had a courtyard patio. They had a garden on the front side.
