"The staff at this place are VERY caring, gentle and yet professional. Everyone I have met from the reception desk, to nurses, CNAs and doctors have been pleasant,to work with. The therapy department has wonderful people who do a good job of balancing praise and encouragement, so their patients want to work hard for them. My parent has been here for over 35 days and the only negative thing is that on rare occasions my parent has not gotten a meal. "

"Windsor House just opened in October 2015 so it’s a very new facility. It is beautiful. Everything was nice, and clean. The layout of the facilityis very nice. It is in a very great location. I was given a tour by the owner’s son who was very nice, and very knowledgeable. I met the administrator who has 17 years of experience; so, she is very knowledgeable in this field. Everybody I met was nice, and they seem to be enjoying their work. "

"Awesome team at PruittHealth Brookhaven (PHB)!! A close family member was there for short-term, non-acute rehab. From the Admissions Director and staff and front desk reception (from day one) to the nursing team, CNAs, medical team, physical/occupational therapy team and the nutrition and food service teams - most demonstrated the highest levels of professionalism, compassion and care. Trust and believe, I looked at several centers (most had horrible reviews - and many lived up to them), and we wound up in one that was definitely sub-par before space was available at PHB. It is definitely many cuts above! The facility is very well kept, and everyone is accommodating and responsive. Even the food was good! the PT team is first rate!! We had amazing results in a short time. - To anyone reviewing facilities, keep in mind that no one usually WANTS to be in a rehab center, and no place will be like home. The PHB team recognizes this and tries to make the stay as comfortable as possible, given the circumstances. They get to know the patient and the family. As I was told - they may not be perfect, but they do their best. It's true! Even if not perfect, we saw the genuine effort to make things right. They take great care to take great care of those entrusted to them"

"We visited a number of different facilities and we talked to family members of residents. That helped us decide that this place was the best for us. It is such a nice facility. It is very clean and friendly, and the gardens are beautiful. It is such a beautiful facility I could live there! It is almost like a resort! My father shares a room and there is enough room for us to bring in his recliner and set it next to his bed. He has 3 pieces of furtniture there, his own closet, and a beautiful view of the garden and waterfalls. The residents love it there. They provide entertainment for the residents. The food is so good my father has actually gained weight. I ate there last week and had fried chicken, grits and the best chocolate cake I have ever had in my life! "

"My mother is at Signature HealthCARE at Tower Road for long-term care. It's nice. The customer service is great. It's very clean. We don't seem to have any issues as of today. They're very prompt. Everyone is very nice. She's in a shared room. She went there for rehabilitation and they found out that she needed to be there for long-term care. They're doing memory care as well because she has dementia, so every day she has to do little quizzes and puzzles for memory. They have a small courtyard and a lounge area. They've done what they could with my mother."

"A relative had to have rehab after a hip replacement. We were concerned that the rehab facility would be too much like a nursing home (long term stay) and she would be discouraged, but it was a great relief to see that the clients who resided with her during her recovery were highly motivated to return home. The rehab team was caring, supportive, and professional. The facility was clean and overall cheerful .I would recommend this place. "

"My mother went to Signature Healthcare of Marietta for rehab, and she went to long term care after. It looks like a hospital, although there's a community dining room, and a community activity area. There is a beauty salon and they offer a lot of activities every day. That's a definite plus. I would recommend them. I'm pleased with the care she's getting and the staff."

"I was at Ross for almost 6 weeks. The staff is the best. Always attentive with a smile. The physical therapy department is the greatest. Shout out to Charmaine and Breanna who worked so hard with me and always encouraging. Janet was wonderful. She always had a smile and would sit and talk to be. She kept my spirits up. The counselor, Amanda was my savior. We would chat and she really listened to how my emotional state was. She offered suggestions. She is such a necessary part of Ross. "Autumn Breeze is awesome. It's always clean. The staff is very nice to us. They treat you like somebody and not just a number. We play bingo, have movies and a popcorn day. Gigi, the activities director and her assistant, Nicole, are really good. Every month, they take us out to Walmart as well as a trip to go out and eat. It's a lot of fun. We're not stuck doing the same old thing every day. It's very nice to be here. The place is always clean. All the rooms have bathrooms and it's cleaned every day. They make my bed and straighten up my room, so I don't have to do that. They make home-cooked food. They make the best macaroni and cheese I've ever eaten, and coleslaw, too. The desserts are all good. Being here is not that bad at all. I like the people and I get along with them. It's one of the best nursing homes I've ever been to. I used to work in a nursing home. "

"The facility was very clean and the staff seemed genuinely warm and concerned. The doctors were knowledgable and took personal time and engagement with each resident. The dining room was charming and the food was very tasteful. There were several activites for the residents to participate in, including an outside vegetable garden. There were also weekly outdoor trips on the van planned. Security was adequate, and there was also a hairdresser and manicurist on the premises. I was thouroughly impressed with the level of care provided. "

"My wife is in Pruitt Health Care, and she's been there since November. I am happy that she's doing well there. They give her a lot of attention, and there is a great deal of therapy going on. So far, so good. "

"This place was awful. Nurses at night did not do a good job. My cousin and I took shifts so that my relative got taken care of. I just don't like this place."
