"When my mom came in she was welcome with open arms. Mom’s room is nice, clean and the staff is great! It took her a couple of days to get used to it but now is very comfortable here. There is one staff member Morgan that she loves and is very gentle with her and makes her feel at home. She has gone above and beyond taking care of her. And she loves the food. And what the family likes the most we can be here with her most of the time. I would highly recommend Ross Memorial."

"My 88-year-old mother came to ManorCare in Marietta after falling and breaking her arm. North Fulton Hospital gave us a booklet and only four hours to choose four options for a rehab facility. Of course, there was no time to visit any of them first, so we relied on reviews and some word-of-mouth recommendations. I have heard horror stories about rehab facilities, but ManorCare in Marietta exceeded our expectations and turned out to be a great place for Mom. She was there for 20 days and I visited her almost daily. She received good care and kindness consistently from the nurses, PT and OT therapists, social workers (Lessie and Neeta), support staff, and Dr. Micca (who took extra time to explain details of her treatment to us). The building is older but clean, and the food is good. They have activities like game night and jewelry making, and a therapy dog visits on Saturdays. Mom improved quickly there, and we had no major issues or complaints. It was a relief to know that she was well taken care of, especially during such a stressful time of recovery. We are grateful to the staff at ManorCare, Marietta, and we would recommend it to anyone needing rehab."

"I was there for 100 days as for both nursing care and rehab, and as such had a private room. This is not Ritz Carleton nor did I expect it to be. Nor is it hospital. Therefore one should not expect that level of service. If you ring for help the response is not always immediate and should not be expected. The rooms are well kept, that is housekeeping measures up to expectations. Single rooms h ave their own shower, the semi-private rooms share a roommate and taken to the shower twice a week. the staff is helpful and cheerful, ratiing better than found in most hospitals. The food is good, not resteraunt quality, but very good for institutional food, and better than that in the area hospitals. The activities director and assistant do a superb job in keeping the week full of activities and even go from room to room offeribng coffee after breakfast, and on some days distrubute ice cream, both in commercial cups as found in stores and on occassion freshly churned ice cream. Value? I have no reference, but it is not cheap."

"My elderly mother was admitted with a fractured hip. After 3 weeks they had her much improved. I want to thank the dedicated staff for all the caring time and attention they gave. They also had many professionals from nurses, occupational therapist etc helping her. I visited daily and the facility was always clean and well run."

"We're happy with PruittHealth Jasper. It seems clean, the rooms are larger, and my husband says the food is better. My daughter said his room is a lot larger than the other place he was at and it's nice. So, he's more content and it seems like the staff responds more to him. There's a large nice courtyard and then they have an area set up for the visitors, but you can visit now inside with an appointment. Everybody has just been very nice. The admissions person, the two ladies from the front desk that I've dealt with, and the financial people are very nice. They've tried to be very helpful to us."

"My mother had been in a hospital and they put her in Signature Healthcare to help her get her strength back. She was there for about a month. She liked this facility. The place was very good. It was clean. The nurses and the aides were all very nice. She received good care there. They had good occupational therapists and physical therapists that worked with her and they were very good. I would give this facility a high rating. "

"My father is staying in Cartersville Heights. They've all been very good to him and try to take good care of him. They have a rehab gym. "

"I went to Roselane Health and Rehabilitation Center. The tour was wonderful. It's a beautiful place. They were able to do rehabilitation, but they would not have a long-term bed for mom and I didn't want to keep moving her around. The staff was wonderful. I came unannounced and she didn't have a problem with giving me a 5 to 10-minute tour. The rooms were very clean. The door was open and you could look inside, and it was a shared room. I saw a big beautiful courtyard."

"My mother has been a resident for the past 4 years at Townsend Park. She made the transition from Assisted Living and has never been happier. She feels like she’s surrounded by family. Everyone there treats her like she’s a guest. She loves it! As you walk through the facility you will see how well kept it is. No trash on the floors. No foul odor. Very different than others I have been in. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. "

"My father moved into Johns Creek Senior Living Care almost three weeks ago. They're great. They're just very caring, and they give him a lot of attention. It's a small facility, and he gets a lot of personal attention. The food is very good; they cook it all by themselves. I've been there many times. There is a very warm and cozy kind of feel to the whole place."

"It was absolutely an amazing an experience with AG Rhodes Health & Rehab. They were wonderful. The staff was very good, they would call me regularly how my mother was doing. The director was really great, and my mom loved all of her nurses. It really was a good place to live in. She was in an assisted living before and she wasn't happy. But when she moved here, which we thought was going to be traumatic, it turned out that she loved it. She was happy and she enjoyed her stay there. It wasn't very long, she passed away after 12 days. But that was probably the first time in years that she really was happy. "

"At the moment, my friend is at Wildwood Health Care. They have done a great job. I'm very pleased with them. The room is large and clean, but they are four people to a room, so it's pretty crowded. That's my only complaint about it. Nevertheless, everybody has been wonderful, and they seem to take good care of my friend. She also has no complaints about the food. They have some activities, but I don't think she has participated in anything just because of her condition right now. She is pleased with therapy, and she seems to be improving. The staff is caring, helpful, and pleasant."

"I am most proud of the fact that this facility has such caring people that grandmother can rely on. Since she has gotten older she does not like to interact with people and even family sometimes. However, she is fully involved with the activities of Cumming Manor. She has her own room and her own bath room. They allowed a lot of freedoms for us to come in and decorate the room to her comfort so that she would transition to assisted living easily. I do not know much about the food and nutritional offerings, but we do have to bring her a Wendy's cheeseburger from time to time because of her cravings. Otherwise, I have never heard her complain about the food. The staff are very accommodating and area always at her beck and call if she needs something. Also, they have a primary care physician on site that works well with her care needs and keeps my family updated on her health weekly. "

What really stands out is how the nurses and aides treat residents like family — with patience, respect, and real compassion. They’ve also done a great job keeping us in the loop with his care plan and progress. It's such a relief knowing he’s in a place where he’s safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity.
