"Last January, I found myself looking for a residential placement for my dad after his in home care was no longer in his best interest. Autumn Breeze was one of the facilities that was recommended. Upon arrival, we were received warmly and within minutes we were able to do an on-site assessment of the facility and staff. This was impressive as often people try to get their house in order first to give a less than organic view of the day to day reality. I knew then that this was the place! My dad remains happy, the staff continues to be caring and most professional and always responsive to any questions that I may have. My focus is on "care" and nothing else. Kudos to the entire staff for your dedication and commitment to patients and families. I commend you for a job well done as you provide continuous "care" to all patients. Hats off to a great team of rock stars!"

"My mother was in PruittHealth - West Atlanta. I never really experienced nursing homes. I don't know the gist of it, but it was pretty decent all in all. She liked the service that she received. I liked the place, but I felt like it should have been a little more updated. It was clean, but it was old-fashioned, like not modern at all. The service was good. They took care of her. They kept me updated as far as if anything changed or anything I needed to know. The staff was nice and friendly. They checked on her. They weren't disrespectful or anything like that. The food was cold. It was never hot. If the food was hot, it would have been good. They had a courtyard patio. They had a garden on the front side."

"I got my mother a bed at A.G. Rhodes Cobb. I went over there yesterday and looked at it, and we accepted the room and she's supposed to be transferred sometime today. As of now, I've got nothing negative to say about it. It was nice. It was clean. They just had remodeled the rooms. The people are extremely kind. The lady stayed and took me around, so I appreciated that. She'll be sharing a room, so there's not a lot of room. It's kind of small. They got a visiting room because the room just didn't have a lot of room for chairs to be put. It all worked out. It's also a nursing home. They have a separate section for rehab."

"My mom was here for 10 days. Everyone here treated her with great respect. Very clean . Yes. I would recommend this place.The rooms are very clean ."

"I found the Sadie Mays Health and Rehab Center to be quite a pleasant experience as I recuperated from surgery. There was 24/7 care and attention. The staff was very professional and always willing to help with any of my concerns. There were also various activities there to keep us active and entertained like chair yoga, the Atlanta Community Choir composed of many former band teachers and their students, spiritual services and the great Golden Chorale spiritual singers and of course bingo and other fun activities. My room was rather clean and spacious too. In addition, the physical therapists and occupational therapists kept us moving and strengthening our bodies as well. I would recommend this facility to anyone trying to make a decision about placement for themselves or loved ones. I was released last week after spending just over a month there..Oh...one day we even ended up being interviewed on the WSB Channel 2 "People to People" program!"

"This place is very nice. All staff members, and PT folks are awesome. CNA are good except language barrier with some. Chris and Lisa wound docs are very good. The kitchen staff are sweet and approachable. There seems to be a shortage of nurses and CNAs. And. Lastly Nurse Dana is a good person and excellent nurse, She is special she danced with me and I loved it. Hope to dance with CJ and Dana when I check out of here. Ghana is my HERO. Give her a raise and a. Day off."

"My mom stayed at the Buckhead Center for Nursing and Healing for rehab. It's an older building, and they were remodeling it. The facility was under reconstruction, so the lobby and the rooms were being redone. The staff was excellent and attentive. They placed my mother with a resident who'd been there for a while, which was good because she kept an eye on her. There were a lot of people who were not regulars, like they would use temporary service, but I didn't have any issues with any of the staff. They were all very present, very accommodating, and when I had a request, they would accommodate me. For activities, they would take the residents to the common room, and for the ladies, they do nail painting. They would do games like Vision Board and Bingo. They play other games and watch game shows, as well. They also do movie nights. They kept them entertained. The dining area was the same area where the activities took place. If they're not there, people would be in their rooms, so it all depended on what was going on that day."

"Nurse Care of Buckhead was nice and clean. My mom liked where she went for rehabilitation. She got a shared room and she said it was nice. They also brought some little activities to do into their rooms. Our experience was pretty good. She said they were really good with her. The staff was really nice and professional."

"The rooms at PruittHealth of Fairburn were bigger and cleaner with newer furnishings. It was also quiet. The hallways were not cluttered with wheelchairs or hoist lift. It was very well maintained. We saw physical therapy, and we're quite impressed. We're still interested in getting my dad over to this place. PruittHealth of Fairburn was more controlled as far as the people. They're more controlled rather than having people screaming all the time, which is done at the other facility. It seemed like they have their patients under control. We saw the physical therapy room, which was awesome. It had more machines than any other place I had ever seen as far as balancing and other machines for stroke victims. They also had a greater turn-around for stroke victims. The staff members were very kind and concerned about my father. They just couldn't do anything because there was no bed. They were very caring."

"My sister is in Reliable Health & Rehab in Atlanta. It is a rehabilitation and nursing center that is approved by Medicare. She has been there for over a month now. This place has people of all ages in it. It is a full service place where they have nurses on duty. They have different doctors come in, and they assign her to a primary care and to a nurse. She has a personal case worker. She has a measure of freedom that she did not have in the other facility. She can walk around and talk with people and socialize. They have church that comes in and have bible studies, and they have different activities. My sister is very active so she likes that better than being confined to one small area. She is used to a measure of freedom, and this place provides the security and freedom. "

"I would like to take a moment to extend much gratitude to Ms. Emily (Head Nurse), Ms. Nedwin (Social Worker) and Ms. Keke (Nurse) for taking great care of my dad over the last 3 months. They all went above and beyond, even coming in on their off day to assure that my loved was greatly taken care of... I appreciate the care, concern and patience displayed towards hm on a daily basis... They should be applauded for a job well done! My dad is doing well and is back home on the mend and still recovering. Douglasville Nursing and Rehabilition should be grateful to have such great employees such as these. We can't thank them enough! P.S.- The physical therapy team did a great job as well taking care of COOP, getting him back on his feet as well!!! Thanks Again! The Cooper Family!"

"My mom needed the care already and I can't do it. The waiting list in the other facility was too long so I opted for Westminster Commons. The staff were approachable, friendly and they took good care of her. She was in a shared room with two more residents but it was clean and spacious. They also had arts and crafts. My mother seemed happier there than in the previous facility. I would commend this place to others. "
