"Pruitt Health - Decatur is doing a really great job. They are fantastic. Mom is OK with the food, and I like that they go down to fix Mom sandwiches. They have bingo and other very well-planned activities. The value for the money is outstanding. They have a garden with really nice landscaping. Overall, it is a very caring community from the caregivers to the residents. They are very warm with the residents and take very good care of my mother. We have a very comfortable relationship with them."

"This property is strickly ALZ. Divided into three sections: early, middle, and end stages. They are skilled nursing qualified. Their staff seems well trained to the special needs for the residents. The residents are free to roam and venture throughout their own section. They seem to interact well with other residents. Pushing a wheelchair of a resident. Patting someone on the head. Chatting away about nothing to anyone. "

"After being admitted to this facility, we could not be more pleased with how they treated my family member. My father-in-law was admitted here and we were always welcomed by the nurses and the physician always took the time to stay in the room to explain what was going on. The treatment plan was on point and they advised us immediately if any problems came up. It is a place I would recommend to other people. "

"My Mom was admitted to Briarwood October 2018. Coming from a bad experience with her previous experience I was skeptical. the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness and only two resistance per room. She was always clean. I noticed the concern of the staff and their interactions with her and myself. The services needed for her rehabilitation was on the premises. There are calendars posted daily of activities available to residents. As of June 2019, my experience continues to be exceptional. My interactions with the office staff make me so appreciative. I can not say enough about the care we both receive which means a lot to a caregiver. There is no better feeling for a caregiver to know your loved one to be a facility where they are cared for. I recommend Briarwood to anyone looking for exceptional care. "

"My mom needed the care already and I can't do it. The waiting list in the other facility was too long so I opted for Westminster Commons. The staff were approachable, friendly and they took good care of her. She was in a shared room with two more residents but it was clean and spacious. They also had arts and crafts. My mother seemed happier there than in the previous facility. I would commend this place to others. "

"My friend is in A. G. Rhodes Health and Rehab for rehab. It was very well maintained, clean, and the staff that I met at the front desk was very helpful. Everything seemed to be in place and in order. It seemed to be a very nice place. It was a shared room, but I think they have other options."

"This facility and their workers work very hard to find the formulas that work for each resident. Now it’s important to assist them with understanding your family members needs, but once you do help them find their normal baseline; they will go over and beyond to make sure they sustain and improve it. My mother has been a resident for 5 years and they have worked very hard to help her and, today she is in a better condition then she was prior to her admittance. When there is a problem, they will communicate and they care! Rosemont at Stone Mountain gets my vote!"

"When I first came in here. I came from another facility. They did not do a good job with my knee (I had a knee replacement), so my knee froze up and I couldn't move it or bend it. When I came to Grace, I was scared and in a lot of pain. It hurt to bend it and I didn't want anyone to touch it. But when my family brought me here to Grace, they made me feel welcomed and put me at ease. The Nursing staff treated me beautifully, and the Rehab staff made me feel like I was their long lost family member! They were wonderful! My orthopedic doctor wanted me to get aggressive therapy, and the people in therapy worked me hard, and made sure that they took care of me and my knee. They even went to my house with me to see how I would do at home! I can now fully bend my knee, and I am no longer in pain, and I am now so happy and I am able go back home. "

"We went to Meadowbrook nursing home. They were ready to admit my sister-in-law, but she backed out. They were very helpful there. It was very nice, and I don't have any complaints about it. We saw a double room for two people that was small but had a TV, so we were pleased with it. The staff was excellent. When we walked down the hall, the workers spoke to everyone and were very congenial. "

"I was at Nursecare for recovery after hip surgery. I can honestly say that I received great care there. My therapy was excellent. Staff was very nice and friendly. I plan to have another surgery next year, and this is where I plan to go afterwards."

"Want to give some “kudos” to Pruitt Brookhaven. The Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Nursing and CNA staff are responsive, caring and compassionate re: caring for my Mom. The therapy dept is attentive to the patients needs and they are very flexible with scheduling. The social workers are very caring and the activities scheduled for the residents is well thought out. The dining room staff makes sure the residents are taken care of and the food is pretty good. No nursing home is perfect but our experience with Pruitt Brookhaven has been incredibly positive!"
