"After being admitted to this facility, we could not be more pleased with how they treated my family member. My father-in-law was admitted here and we were always welcomed by the nurses and the physician always took the time to stay in the room to explain what was going on. The treatment plan was on point and they advised us immediately if any problems came up. It is a place I would recommend to other people. "

"I recently visited this facility, & and the staff was actually pretty amazing. There was a long wait due to a lot of people being there and seemed like there wasn’t enough employees but the lady at the front desk , she was making time go by , having conversations , making me laugh, I enjoyed the coffee she offered . Really sweet young lady . The residents seem to really like her , overall it was a pretty good experience . I’m not sure how yall have her doing all that work though . She handles it pretty well though . "

"Traditions is larger as far as the amount of people they serve, but I do not think they are too many for the staff. It was clean. Someone we know stays there. They have many activities, and that is one thing we like about it. They have card games. They take them to the park. They take them to church. For those who can walk, they take them downtown. They take them out of the facility to where they want to go, and that's the part that we like. "

"The rooms in skilled with rehab are nice and have updated built in furniture. Very bright big windows and a caring very polite staff. This place stood out to us for these reasons. We are very happy with our choice."

"There is one immediate drawback to this place: It's located in a high crime and drug use area; there's a liquor store at the bottom of the hill to one side"”and housing projects to the other. But when you get closer to the facility, it looks like a cute brick house with rockers on the porch and flowering trees outside. Inside on the left are offices; on the right is a sitting room with a big screen TV and good furniture. There are centralized nurses' stations for the 69 beds here"”with only one or two private rooms. There is very little choice about what to eat. And residents don't seem to be taken outside the building for activities much. But on the plus side, it is very clean"”there are rarely odors. There is low staff turnover; the administrator, who is an RN, has been there at least 10 years. And the activities director, who has also been there a long time, is awesome"”always thinking about fun and engaging things to do. The quality of care is great"”there are RNs and LPNs, and even a nurse specifically dedicated to wound care; because there are few beds, they put more time in with residents than at many other facilities. And the administrator takes the time and effort to come out of her office often and monitor the patients. "

"As a sister you must attend the family meetings to voice your concerns. All the staff leaders are there to understand what you would suggest as a care plan for your love one.Out door activities would be great for those who can go outside not just to smoke. Upgrade bathroom. Paint the rooms. Staff members are Great! Really enjoy church volunteers and other volunteers. Thanks "

"My aunt is at the Fulton Center for Rehabilitation. Everyone seems nice and attentive to their needs. They have a nice one-story building with residents of different ages. It's clean, and they have people giving therapy and making sure that the patients' needs are met. She's being fed by the nurses. They have a rehabilitation area and a nice big dining area."

"My son who survived a massive stroke was placed at Crestview in Atlanta Ga.my son received the best of the best therapy there is.my son received the most wonderfully care.the staff very attentive to the family needs.the nurses and cna's gave my son the best care there is.Crestviewin aAtlanta is like a family home.my son has recovered while staying at Crestview.it mae not be very updated but the care and support is one on one.like family.I am very pleased with Crestview of Atlanta ga. "The building is an old building but the rooms have been updated. The staff members are nice and have treated my husband with the BEST care! The food is pretty good and my husband doesn't complain. Overall this has been a good experience for me and my family bringing my husband to Westbury of Conyers!"

"The primary reason for choosing this facility is the location and its vicinity to family members. The facility and staff are clean and accommodating. Bonterra's staff there is attentive. The rooms are kept clean. They are small, but that is just my opinion. They do have church services brought in for the people. They have other type of interactions with them that they can participate in. "

"My husband fell about 3 weeks ago and is in Conyers Rehab right now. He's in recovery and pretty much on his own. He just need assistance with walking. He does all his physical therapies at daytime to strengthen him. They take good care of my husband. The facility is clean and the food is excellent. It's just dynamic. I really like it. "
