Title: Serious Concerns About Supervision and Communication My family member was admitted to this facility in February 2026 after hospital discharge. He is legally blind, mobility-limited, and medically vulnerable with a history of head injury. During his stay, he experienced a fall that was not communicated to me at the time it occurred. I learned about it during a visit the following day. During that visit, I observed him seated at the nurse’s station without proper clothing, appearing extremely lethargic and not responding when spoken to. He was positioned in a wheelchair without full supports, and I could not get clear answers regarding how long he had been there. I also observed concerns related to hygiene and overall supervision. Given his medical fragility, I was deeply concerned about monitoring protocols and communication practices. I ultimately arranged for him to return to the hospital for further evaluation, where he is currently stable. Families considering placement should ask detailed questions about fall reporting procedures, staffing levels, and supervision for high-risk residents. Clear communication and proactive safety measures are essential for vulnerable individuals.

We went here. They were ready to admit my sister-in-law, but she backed out. They were very helpful there. It was very nice, and I don't have any complaints about it. We saw a double room for two people that was small but had a TV, so we were pleased with it. The staff was excellent. When we walked down the hall, the workers spoke to everyone and were very congenial.
