"I used Interim Healthcare. My wife worked with a physical therapist. They did what they were supposed to do and had full contact with her for about three months. I’m the caregiver, so they just came in and worked with her from her wheelchair to the bed and the bed back to the wheelchair. The next day, they’d work with her standing up and using the walker. They’ll be back again if needed. "

"We used Aspire Home Health Care for my uncle. They had a nurse that came to the house once a week to check his vitals, blood pressure and things like that but they didn't do medication. They were paid for by Medicare. The nurse we had was great, her name was Renee, my dad really liked her and I did too. Overall, they were very nice people."

"Very professional and reliable When I was released to home after over 200 days acute, intensive and rehabilitative care and multiple gastroeconomic surgeries you can imagine I was very weak with unhealed surgical wouds and unable to care for myself. I was assigned a team of nurses and therapists from the local Visiting Nurse team. In spite of my original apphensiion, I cannot say enough in their behalf. The nurses they assigned to me were experienced, professional, courteous, pleasant, and prompt -- never missing an assigned appointment. With their help, I was on the way to recovering my former level of strength, and soon able to take care of myself in a very short time. I could not have done that without the help and excellent care I received from the Visiting Nurses Team. Thank you for the opportunity to applaud them publicly. Jeanne Venney "

"I hired Medside Healthcare for occupational therapy and stuff like that for my grandfather. The nurse was very informative, very kind, she wore her mask, and definitely followed all the safety guidelines. My experience was very well. It was a nurse first to do the assessment, and then the caregivers will be coming out going forward. The nurse was great, and they just checked his vitals and asked the first time questions and things like that. They will be going once a week until we get the other care, because he also needs care as far as making meals and stuff like that, and we have the VA that's gonna be helping out with that."

"Nurse Mary and Nurse Amena are very rude and unprofessional. Are they really qualified nurses? Nurse Mary never showed up or called on the first day! When Nurse Mary finally called, she said the agency should not have booked her without letting her know. Then she showed up 6 hours late the next day! The next nurse was supposed to be better than Nurse Mary, Nurse Amena, the second nurse got upset when we wouldn't reschedule at the last minute and went on a yelling rampage in front of a cancer patient. Nurse Amena was asked to leave it was so horrible. Find another agency. Quality One Home Health is awful! Rob, the PT guy is very professional. These so-called nurses should learn from Rob."

"The caregivers they sent out to my mother were all great! They sent out three people and mom is comfortable with them. It just took United Home Care a couple of days to send out their people, so they were very quick. The caregivers were a good match to my mother. They're fine and I am also comfortable with the people they sent out, so everything's working well with mom and her caregivers. They help mom with physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and they give her bath. They're responsive to mom's need and so far I'm satisfied with the service she is getting. "
