The caregivers they sent out to my mother were all great! They sent out three people and mom is comfortable with them. It just took United Home Care a couple of days to send out their people, so they were very quick. The caregivers were a good match to my mother. They're fine and I am also comfortable with the people they sent out, so everything's working well with mom and her caregivers. They help mom with physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and they give her bath. They're responsive to mom's need and so far I'm satisfied with the service she is getting.
