Options for Senior America was a good company. They provided us quality healthcare providers. The caregivers were always on time and very professional. They also had good qualification. The person that I worked with, Donna, was a very good management person.

We have been using Options for Senior America for over a year now and our experience has been great. We use probably five agencies before we have them and we have problems with the other agencies with scheduling or people stealing from us. The key to Options are the employees that works for Options and in my option if they did not have Donna in their office, they will not have us as a client anymore because we have gone through a lot of managers there and she has always been a stable rock that we can go to for anything. Donna gives an outstanding service and they always manage to send somebody to us. They are usually on time. The girls that come here are clean, nice and mostly Mr. McKinley likes them and that's what's really important to me. I cannot say enough good things about them. We are very impressed with this company. If we have a couple of billing problems, which is normal, when you call down to their office, they will put you right to bookkeeping and somebody will take care of it right away. I will give them triple A+ and I do recommend them.

They were always very helpful in providing caregiving support. They're very responsive if we had to make changes in the assigned caregiver.Their standards are good. If I have a question, there's someone at Options that I could call and they would respond to my concern. They're very reliable in terms of scheduling. If a specific caregiver wasn't available, they're able to provide someone else in a very timely manner. I remember this one instance where we were expecting a caregiver to travel with us to another city and the caregiver who had been assigned was not able to make it. I called and within 2-3 hours before our departure we were able to get another caregiver. I find them very reliable and easy to work with. The caregivers observe very good work ethics.

I was aware of the situations that my parents' "old world" prejudices would present to the providers. I was right, and am not proud of their prejudicial views. My Dad, especially, presented some problems as he is quite prejudiced. Kathy was really patient and performed her duties admirably. Mia was not in the same class as Kathy - but then, she is of the younger generation. If we need to use this service again. and, to be honest, I hope we never do, I would call on this provider again. Don and Z were the consummate professionals and dealt with a novice (me) with great tact and alacrity. I know that I presented some problems in the relationship, but they were always patient with me.
