We used Aspire Home Health Care for my uncle. They had a nurse that came to the house once a week to check his vitals, blood pressure and things like that but they didn't do medication. They were paid for by Medicare. The nurse we had was great, her name was Renee, my dad really liked her and I did too. Overall, they were very nice people.
