We have used Medside Healthcare for my mother. They help with occupational therapy and physical therapy. The caregivers were both very helpful and very thorough. They seem to understand and listen to what the particular patient needs are. They work toward the goals to improve those needs. They give a plan, set it up, initiate the plan, and work through it. I am very satisfied.

I hired Medside Healthcare for occupational therapy and stuff like that for my grandfather. The nurse was very informative, very kind, she wore her mask, and definitely followed all the safety guidelines. My experience was very well. It was a nurse first to do the assessment, and then the caregivers will be coming out going forward. The nurse was great, and they just checked his vitals and asked the first time questions and things like that. They will be going once a week until we get the other care, because he also needs care as far as making meals and stuff like that, and we have the VA that's gonna be helping out with that.
