Nurse Mary and Nurse Amena are very rude and unprofessional. Are they really qualified nurses? Nurse Mary never showed up or called on the first day! When Nurse Mary finally called, she said the agency should not have booked her without letting her know. Then she showed up 6 hours late the next day! The next nurse was supposed to be better than Nurse Mary, Nurse Amena, the second nurse got upset when we wouldn't reschedule at the last minute and went on a yelling rampage in front of a cancer patient. Nurse Amena was asked to leave it was so horrible. Find another agency. Quality One Home Health is awful! Rob, the PT guy is very professional. These so-called nurses should learn from Rob.
