Since my stroke, I’ve been wheelchair bound. My caregiver comes every week to help me with wound care, medicines, housekeeping, cooking, etc.. She is very gentle and polite. We go on outings , play games, etc. Staff is friendly and professional. Someone is always available even after hours. I am very pleased so far. Highly recommend

We have been using For Home Matters for three months now. Right now, they pretty much help my aunt with everything. They help her cut up her food so that she can eat, they help bathe her, they sit and talk with her, and they change her diaper. Since she is not able to walk or stand, they help her with transitioning from the bed to the wheelchair, too. The caregivers are very good. They are all very sweet and very pleasant. We couldn't have asked for a better group of caregivers to assist with her. They help us, too. They have been a God-send. Also everything is working fine on billing and scheduling. We started out for two days a week for a few hours, then we went to three days a week but then my aunt fell, so we had to get 24-hour care. Carmel was on it. She got the workers scheduled, and she brought them out so that my aunt met them. Every week, she would send us a copy of the schedule, so that my sister and I would know who would be coming, who would be going, and who was going to be there next. It has been amazing really! Right now, my aunt is in rehab from her knee surgery but we continued to use them just because we feel better with somebody being there to make sure she doesn't try to get out of bed or fall. They have been at the rehab center 24 hours a day. They're very caring and they're very good at what they do. It is like a top-notch organization.
