"Home Instead provided excellent care for my mom with dementia and respite day care for my dad while they were in an independent living facility. They provided night sitters when mom was moved to assisted living awaiting a room in memory care. We never had to worry about the caregivers they provided. They were well trained and kind. We tried to save a few dollars with another agency and soon found that there is a huge difference between agencies. We called several times in a last minute emergency situation and they always bent over backwards to make sure they could cover our car needs. Mom is moving to memory care this week and we will miss our interaction with the entire Home Instead team!"

"I got Home Helpers of LaGrange GA for my husband. It started out a little rocky, and the communication could have been better, but the overall care was good. We had two women switching off weekends, and one of them ended up quitting, so they had a little bit of trouble getting help since not many people work on weekends. However, they always find someone, except for one time, and I was able to find someone on my own. They clean him up, they help me with fixing meals, or straightening up the kitchen, and they get him all dressed and ready for the day. I'm a little puzzled about the billing. Like if they don't stay for the full six hours I don't want to pay for six hours. One girl was there for three hours, but she put down that she was there till 5:00. I would recommend them."
