I got Home Helpers of LaGrange GA for my husband. It started out a little rocky, and the communication could have been better, but the overall care was good. We had two women switching off weekends, and one of them ended up quitting, so they had a little bit of trouble getting help since not many people work on weekends. However, they always find someone, except for one time, and I was able to find someone on my own. They clean him up, they help me with fixing meals, or straightening up the kitchen, and they get him all dressed and ready for the day. I'm a little puzzled about the billing. Like if they don't stay for the full six hours I don't want to pay for six hours. One girl was there for three hours, but she put down that she was there till 5:00. I would recommend them.

I had a number of clients and friends that used the services of Home Helpers in Newnan, and I can't recommend them highly enough. The two words that best describe this company's staff and care are quality and reliable. They have some long-time caregiver employees that really know how to handle difficult situations, like working with memory care clients. This company has the compassion and professionalism to be relied on when you need that the most. It's not as easy job, but they have managed to find the staff that truly cares about elders from their hearts and treats them with respect and love.
