They have improved dramatically in communication. They could continue to improve the communication. It is a tremendous help to have the services. She is bedridden and needs a lot of help.

We know everyones needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

When we have consistent care, they do a good job of helping around the house. Our weekend caregiver does not drive and that would be nice. The turnover rate of caregivers is somewhat high at times so there isn't consistency. The cost is exceptionally high and makes it difficult for those of us on a fixed income.

She helps the most by just being there. He feels secure by having someone medically knowledgeable there. It helps him feel more comfortable. I would recommend Right at Home to others because I love the caregiver that we have. I've never been put off by them and if I've needed something I've gotten a call back. They don't leave me hanging.

I need help, but not a ton of help. It's nice that I get the help and my insurance covers it, so I don't mind using it. The owner's really good. They assist me with the stuff that I need help with.
