"I moved a family member to Canterfield several months ago. She is very happy there and is receiving excellent care. The facility is clean and bright and all of the staff is very friendly and nurturing with the residents. The dining staff has taken great pains to ensure that my aunt (who currently is the only resident who is a vegetarian) has a balanced diet with plenty of food choices. I'm very pleased with the selection of Canterfield as my aunt's residence and would recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, caring environment with various activities available to the residents."

"I thought the tour I had at Golden Rose Personal Care Home was very pleasant. The director was excellent with the information that she provided and how they operate. The facility was very clean, and it gave a very homey feeling. I enjoyed it. The dining area was inviting and cozy at the same time. The rooms just looked like the most comfortable place to be. The director was informative with the tour. She actually provided me some information, as far as what to look for in trying to make a decision with my father and what to expect. She was telling me about the price range, and she was really patient with me. She even asked if I had any other questions or concerns about anything because she had been in the field for so long. She was happy to help out. I like the setup. The residents were in the entertainment areas, and they were all engaged. They had an outdoor area and several of the residents were outside and talking to each other."

"Green Park Senior Care Home offered both assisted living and memory care, but I talked to them about assisted living. They don't have a separate part for memory care. The place was new and clean. The lady that greeted me was knowledgeable. She's been at that business for a long time. I was looking at some of the residents. They were sitting in the lounge area watching the TV, and it made me depressed. It didn't seem like they were active. I don't know what they do to make them active. They were just sitting in their wheelchairs, just quiet watching the TV. There was not a lot of stuff going on to make it a lively place. The rooms were nice. She showed me a single room, and it was pretty nice and a nice size. I also saw a double room. I didn't really go in because there were two people in there. The double room looked like just a regular room. To me, it wasn't a big room. It was like a hospital double room. It looked very clean. It's right off of a major road, Highway 41. It's set back from Jiles Road, so they would have the peace and quiet. Behind it has a lot of nice tall trees. When springtime comes, the seniors could sit in the sunroom and watch the birds."

"This is an extremely wonderful place from the staff to the great living arrangemens. I spent most of my days enjoying karoke, and enjoying the wonderful field trips to places such as zoo atlanta and fernbank "

"We went to visit The Oaks at Alpharetta but they didn't have space available. They were at the top of our list. I liked the accommodations, I liked the cleanliness, and I like how welcoming the staff was. It's a huge facility, it's well-kept and it's secure. The staff who gave the tour was very pleasant and very understanding. The overall facility was excellent. For those who could go out, they would take them out on outings. The rooms that I saw there were excellent."

"The Oaks at Post Road is a very nice community. The tour was wonderful and the staff was very accommodating. We looked at their independent living and they transition to memory care. They also transition to hospice. I looked at a one-bedroom apartment. You get your own furniture, and it was very nice and accommodating. They have so many activities for the residents. I was very impressed with all of their activities. I was very impressed with the place.The staff who accommodated me during the tour was amazing. They couldn't have been any nicer. I met with people beforehand. She took my dad up there and the staff suggested that we have lunch. We had lunch and a tour, and it was very nice. The layout of the place was wonderful; it was beautiful. I have visited many other places but this one is reasonable in terms of price."

"I toured here, it was smaller and a little more quaint and personable. We walked in the front door and we talked with the lady, and she showed us around. There were two main hallways of rooms, and she told us the difference. There was a studio, a one-bedroom, and a two-bedroom. We went down each hall and she did show us a couple of examples of the ones that she could. We did see the dining area, which was just one dining area, and there was a memory care unit. They had several different courtyards, and they did have a few amenities. One thing she did say they do, which I liked, is that on the 4th of July, Labor Day, and probably because it's a smaller facility and more personable, they have cookouts for the assisted living people and tell them to invite their family. I did see some other caregivers, but the few caregivers that we did see were pretty friendly. I just heard them talking to other people and calling them by name. They just seemed very accommodating."

"We went to Village Park Alpharetta. We saw the whole thing, but basically independent living. We had a very good experience. It was very clean. They were able to show me the cottages. They had a garage, which is what we're looking for, and something more than 1400 square feet. The rooms seemed to be very nice. The staff was very helpful. They were wonderful people. They answered all the questions that we had, and they were very eager to take us around and show us the place. The staff was A-1, as far as I'm concerned. I saw the dining area. I wasn't interested in the menu, but one of my friends lives there, and she was telling me that the food is very good. They got a new chef, and the food is excellent. I met only maybe three or four people, but they were very accommodating."

"My parents have lived at Inspired Living for almost a year. They have made friends with residents and staff. They are served a variety of good food and also enjoy all the activities and entertainment. It has been a hard year dealing with Covid restrictions. I'm thankful they have kept my parents safe and healthy while trying to allow them freedoms here and there and keep them engaged and active. My family is very thankful our parents live at Inspired Living!"

"My parents are in Celebration Village. It's an excellent facility. They still care for the independent recipients even though they're not in the assisted living part. They still make sure they're taken care of, so they're not independent in other words. They still have constant care. The staff is excellent. I don't worry about them knowing the level of care the employees give the recipients. They have gaming, music, crafts, and movies, they have doctors that come in and see the residents at that facility, and they have physical therapy. They have three meals a day for anyone that wants to go over and have that or they take them to their apartments. They provide transportation for them to medical appointments and groceries and shopping and whatever else they need. They're located in an area where everything is within 5 to 10 minutes of either a car ride or a walk for shopping or groceries or medical care, drycleaning and UPS, and things you might need."
