"Though the facility is quite expensive, they have taken great care of my grandmother. Lifecare of Lawerenceville features some of the best staffing we encountered at nursing homes as well a very comfortable living arrangements. The nursing home is run like a well oiled machine yet it doesn't feel like some sort of alien place. It is clean and safe and my family couldn't be more satisfied with the quality. "

"After the surgery on my neck, I stayed a couple of weeks at Riverside. I liked their rehab. They took care of me. In the daytime, we had a really nice nurse, but at night time it was not that great. I had problems with them. I had no reason to have a diaper on and they had a chair by the bed where I could have gotten up if somebody would have helped me, but they put on the diaper to keep from having to get up and put me off to bed. I told them, "Please take the diaper off and let me up". "You go right in that diaper. That's what its for". That's why I don't like that and I would not go back to Riverside. "

"Wow! How pleased was I to notice, as I pulled up, that this faiclity has won an award presented by the state, for exceptionally great caregiving service. As I entered the facility it didn't smell like a sickness it had a great aroma and the plants were well kept. The clients greeted me as I walked in to find the director. They appeared to be happy and treated each other like family. Calling one another by name. I was there during breakfast and the meal looked nutritious and healthy. The portions were enough to fill the spot. My grandmother would love the attention here, as well as the beaty and clenaliness of the facility. Great staff. "

"So far the service is adequate at Life Care. They seem to know what’s going on and they’re attentive to her needs. They are at this point pureeing her food, and, in fact, I need to have a talk with them, but she seems to be eating and she doesn’t have a problem with it. The facility is very clean, a little bit more homey, one-on-one, and for me right now I want her to have a specialized care but not a hospital-like feel. I don’t want to say anything negative because they are a center that specializes in more intense care than where she was at a senior living facility, and that’s different because it’s a little bit more homey and one-on-one. I’m a little biased, but I don’t think anything's wrong with the facility. It’s just that I’m looking for something different for her. "

"We decided to check Delmar Gardens of Gwinnett. The staff was nice. The facility's entrance was nice. They had a sofa which was worn out and needed to be replaced. The carpet and curtains looked old. The facilities weren't too bad, and the lady was helpful, but it was very expensive. The staff showed us a private and semi-private room. The private room looked old. Everything was dark, and the carpet was dark. The semi-private was very congested. There are two beds with a curtain to divide them. It was okay, but for the price they were asking, it was so expensive. The dining area was okay. The people sitting in the reception area were very receptive and pleasant. But when we found the lady who led us to the admission director was not very kind and courteous. But as the time went on, she got comfortable with everything. It's not bad but it's not upscale either."

"Traditions was clean, and it was nice. The staff was busy cleaning, working, and attending to their residents. They had a nice cafeteria where you could eat with your family member for a small fee and all different kinds of things. There was no smell or anything like that, and they seemed to be keeping themselves in order. "

"They treat my mother like an inmate. There are so many rules, that I think they have finally broken her spirt. I have tried for a week solid to reach my mother and no one answers the phone. When I call to talk to rather social worker she is NEVER AVAILABLE. I have left my name and number and she won't call me back. This place doesn't deserve even 1 star, bot there isn't an option for zero. DON't put a loved one there. "

"This facility and their workers work very hard to find the formulas that work for each resident. Now it’s important to assist them with understanding your family members needs, but once you do help them find their normal baseline; they will go over and beyond to make sure they sustain and improve it. My mother has been a resident for 5 years and they have worked very hard to help her and, today she is in a better condition then she was prior to her admittance. When there is a problem, they will communicate and they care! Rosemont at Stone Mountain gets my vote!"

"My husband went to Salude The Art Of Recovery for rehab. It was really, really, very nice, but they have a lesser staff-to-patient ratio than the other place, so when he needed help, sometimes it took a little bit longer, around 5 to 10 minutes. The staff was great, really good, so no complaints, and it's a fairly new facility. It's three-stories I think, they encourage people to visit patients during COVID by going outside and talking to them through the window, or watching them in physical education through the window, so you're not cut off from the people that you care about. It's a very clean facility, everybody has a private room and their own bathroom, and they have a big physical therapy room. They bring the meals to your room."

"My mom is at High Shoals Health and Rehabilitation (Family Life). As far as I'm concerned, my mom is in the best care. We really like it. We chose this place for its reputation. Everything that my mom needs are taken care of. The staff members are very good. The food is excellent. They provide very good activities."

"We went to Meadowbrook nursing home. They were ready to admit my sister-in-law, but she backed out. They were very helpful there. It was very nice, and I don't have any complaints about it. We saw a double room for two people that was small but had a TV, so we were pleased with it. The staff was excellent. When we walked down the hall, the workers spoke to everyone and were very congenial. "

"When I first came in here. I came from another facility. They did not do a good job with my knee (I had a knee replacement), so my knee froze up and I couldn't move it or bend it. When I came to Grace, I was scared and in a lot of pain. It hurt to bend it and I didn't want anyone to touch it. But when my family brought me here to Grace, they made me feel welcomed and put me at ease. The Nursing staff treated me beautifully, and the Rehab staff made me feel like I was their long lost family member! They were wonderful! My orthopedic doctor wanted me to get aggressive therapy, and the people in therapy worked me hard, and made sure that they took care of me and my knee. They even went to my house with me to see how I would do at home! I can now fully bend my knee, and I am no longer in pain, and I am now so happy and I am able go back home. "
