I visited this facility
We visited Bayshore Presbyterian Apartments. It was warm. It looked like there were a lot of activities for the seniors. We got to check out one of the apartments. It seemed cozy, it wasn't overly big, but there was enough room to live comfortably. They seemed friendly. The staff was very helpful. We've been in contact with the lady in charge of leasing several times, so I would be comfortable living there. These are strictly apartments. They have an area where for the holidays, you could get your family to come in to celebrate with you. Your apartment is not big enough, so there's a kitchen down there and there's an area where you can have family and friends come in and eat. She said they do have a periodical potluck and things like that right there.

The affordable rent for these spacious one bedroom and studio apartments includes electricity and water.
Both the studio and one bedroom apartments are bright and airy with ample closet space. Residents can enjoy a 24-hour laundry center and an onsite hair salon. Common areas abound and include a multipurpose room, conference room, lounge, card room and a library. Neighbors can spend a relaxing afternoon playing good old-fashioned shuffle board on the community courts. Small pets are welcome.
