My husband and I have already moved in the Coral Cay and we're settled and happy there. It is a senior mobile home park. Everything was positive. We're happy with the accommodation, the environment and the staff. We have only been there for three months but so far everything is going fine.

I moved here due to the convenience for my husband who has difficulty driving long distances or at night. So this location gave me a peace of mind for him to be able to get back and forth to work easily and safely. They have every service and business you can think of just outside the community to include medical. The neighbors are very welcoming and friendly. Most of the staff is very friendly. This is all great. However I am not pleased with the service within the community, the sales manager drags his feet and is always out of the office. It took us 45 days to complete a two week process for purchase(they have an internal finance company zippy). The sales manager continually lied about fees and amounts, they billed us for water services for a month and a half when we were not even there(I fought it). They double charged $395 for processing fee (showed them in black and white the overcharge and they are still fighting us on it). The main community House with the majority of recreational and common facilities is shutdown do to city violations, has been shut down now for two months with no known time frame it will be reopened. This place is all about money, period. We were told the land lease would be one amount, after the purchase then we are told it was almost $100 more and would be going up again the beginning of the year. I do not recommend this community unless you can afford the fees and you need your loved ones in an area that is convenient to everything. Please look over your paperwork and make sure you have everything in writing and do not budge from getting things in writing.

Moved here last November. I like it here. Not very impressed with the staff or the office. Non responsive to issues. The hot tub is frequently broken as is the front gate. Saw a drunk/high kid wondering around yesterday am when I was leaving for work. Security is not that great. Most people seem nice, unfortunately my neighbor is an asshole. Guess time will tell how long we stay.

Cost a lot of money, about $1,000/ month to rent a lot...almost no service, young kids, big dogs, cars racing on the lot, pools and spa often defective, security inexistant, and more .....

Beware of this community when I moved here 7 years ago I loved it. However, a new corporate office bought the community and everything has going downhill. The staff is awesome, but they have their hands tide. This corporation will take every cent you have with no sympathy or willingness to help you. I asked for an apartment swap to lower my rent since they raise the rent up to $48 every year. They straight told me no. After 7 years paying over 1k every month. Just be careful plus the maintenance department doesn't have the support they need so my house is surrounded by green mold and the outside is really run down. Plus the only help I could get from corporate was if I purchase a home. I didn't have a problem with that however, they could charge you up to $900 just for your lot. So please do your homework before you move to this community.

Managements will promise you the moon to get you in. They will pretty much ignore you when you try to leave. Lot rent was astronomical for what you get. It took us almost two years to sell our house and we took a major loss on it. I will never consider a mobile home or 55+ community again. Run, don’t walk from this place!

A person has to be nuts to live here...Warning the lot fees are over $850 month and increase a lot each year as do rentals...Your house is worth nothing and you cannot move it...You will in a year be paying over $1000/month in lot fess, over $12000 year for nothing.... The office lies to you to get you in. The real reviews are on here.. Buyer beware...RUN

Be sure to read the prospective before you buy. They gave me one after purchase and it was every other page. No sprinklers, took two years to take down a dead tree, managers never answer emails, kids always in park many have gotten yeast infections from pool, large dogs in park. More bad than good
Very Deceived

This is a very safe community. In the past three years I've lived here, I can say that I slept with my doors unlocked, my shed open and car unlocked. There has been nothing stolen. The neighborhood has a crime watch program. You will feel very safe here. Pets are allowed. The only thing is the lot fee is very high $750.00 a mo. and every year they raise it $20.00 more.
