We have lived here at Arbor trace for 5+ years and love it. We are so spoiled by the care of our wonderful employees. The neighborhood is very well cared for, the food excellent, and everything kept very clean. We are still active at our golf club but try to take advantage of as many of the extra activities as we can. We also have great entertainment which should not be missed. It is large enough for privacy if one wants it, but small enough to be a real community. Best deal for your money!

My parents resided at Tower Pointe for over ten years. Arbor Glen cared for my father in his last illness and for my mother. My parents loved Arbor Trace and made many new friends there. They had an active social life and often said that moving there was the best decision that they’d ever made. So, for a resident, Arbor Trace is lovely, fun, well managed and beautifully tended. To say that the management and staff of Arbor Trace are professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring does not even do them justice. They are absolutely wonderful on all fronts. From offering help and concern with resident difficulties and illnesses to assisting family members, the staff are there 100%. As a family member, I don’t know what I would do without the staff’s generous, insightful kindness and exceptional care, when needed.

We chose Arbor Trace because of the size, which houses about 300 people. We have three varieties of residences: villas, mid-rise five stories, and a tower with 17 stories. There are lots of choices within a very natural Florida environment. My husband and I are in independent living. The staff is young, very talented, efficient, and prompt. We are so busy with the activities that we could hardly keep up. Another feature here is all of the residents eat in the same dining room. Although there are three types of residences, there really isn't a separation. We have a club house and the dining room is in the club house, so everyone interacts, which is nice. Every holiday, every birthday, and every national event is celebrated here. I am used to things very well organized and well maintained, and I think this place is a little short of that. The trees aren’t trimmed often enough, but everything else is better than anywhere else we could have gone. The rooms are very big in the apartments, which is very unusual, with 10-foot ceilings.

My mother had the very good fortune to live in Arbor Trace for three years. It was an excellent experience for her and for her loved ones who were happy to see her thrive in the friendly, supportive environment. The facilities are beautifully kept....clean and pleasant. The pool always sparkling and inviting, the grounds well manicured and the interior common areas are lovely. There is very little turnover in staff, which says a lot to me. We never encountered a staff member at any level who was impatient or rude....quite the opposite!!! Residents are treated with care and respect and everyone knew not only my mother's name, but also her immediate family's names. It is a very loving and family-like environment. There are many activities offered, something for everyone. The residents are also friendly and caring with one another adding to the warm feeling you can't help but notice. Finally, the dining room experience was consistently exceptional. I had an extended visit and ate there many times. The quality of the food is excellent, and again, the service is top-notch!!!!

It's been an excellent experience. We've been here three weeks. The staff is better than excellent, and the apartments look excellent. It came with a refrigerator, washer and dryer, and hurricane shutters. I have a gluten free menu included everyday. The dining room is restaurant like, with a waiter and a wine steward. My husband participated in coffee times. I used the pool, the hot tub, socialized, and had neighbors over for cocktails. We elected Arbor Trace because you purchase there -- you're not just making an entry fee or paying rent.

I visited Arbor Trace. They have a high rise if you want to buy into that. They have things around the lake that are one bedroom or two bedroom. The reason I don't like Arbor Trace is I don't want to eat too early, I have to be there around six o'clock at night. And the food was not that good. The waitresses and the maitre d' and the people I met were very nice. It's very nice and very well done. The rooms on the high rise are very nice and overlooking the gulf of Mexico. It's a two bedroom, living room, kitchen and bath. The dining room itself was fine, I just didn't enjoy the food that much.

I can't say that I know too much about assisted living buildings, but I'm sure everyone has heard horror stories. Arbor Trace is beautiful. Every building and residence is clean, spacious, and full of the most kind and helpful employees. And in the assisted living condo building, they have a couple hotel-style rooms for visitors and guests if you don't have enough room- or don't want company! They have great function rooms as well where there is always something going on. They have a lot of monthly clubs to join and attend meetings as well, I know my grandmother is a member of the gardening club and my grandfather is a part of the war veterans group. They also have a beautiful club room on the top floor with a full bar, plenty of seating, and an outstanding view of the ocean. But most importantly, everyone there is SO kind and SO helpful and SO passionate about their work. It makes me happy that they keep my grandparents happy, and that I know that they're in good hands.

Arbor Trace is a wonderful continuing care community set amid the preserves, estuaries and wetlands of Little Hickory Pass and the Gulf of Mexico. Arbor Trace is located upon 40 acres, tucked away on the northwest edges of North Naples, only minutes from Naples and Bonita Springs, FL. At Arbor Trace you can see bald eagles, ospreys, egrets and herons in their natural habitat, you have onsite access to professional healthcare, access to resort style services, and neighbors who look out for one another, and you can own your own home along the Gulf in Naples. Arbor Trace offers independent living, home ownership, and peace of mind from an onsite continuum of services, plus a choice of maintenance and service options that allows residents to live in comfort and elegance. Arbor Trace is a senior living community of active adults aged 55 and better, that offers a continuum of care that includes an assisted living facility with limited nursing service, and extended care coverage. Arbor Trace is able to provide long-term care comparable to area nursing homes, but with considerable cost savings. Arbor Trace offers 24-hour emergency response care, short-term care and recuperative stays, as well as custodial, long-term care, and end of life care in conjunction with hospice care. The round the clock nursing staff are all licensed professionals. My visits with my friend and her husband, who have lived at Arbor Trace for the last 10 years, have been delightful. I am very impressed with the peace of mind, continuum of care, personal choices, features and amenities, full range of activities, and the fee structure at Arbor Trace. Please visit the Arbor Trace website at www.arbortrace.com to see this community for yourself and to compare Arbor Trace to other area services.

Caring, engaged staff make it possible for my father-in-law to maintain dignity and a sense of independence while providing the assistance he needs in his twilight years.
