We could not have asked for a better experience for my mom than what we found at Golden Age Assisted Living. Marie and her team provided exceptional care, for my mom and for our entire family. Through one of the most difficult times in our lives, they showed endless kindness, generosity, and compassion. After a heartbreaking experience with my father’s medical care, finding Golden Age was a true blessing. The home was always clean, quiet, and peaceful. The meals were varied, plentiful, and nutritious, and every resident was treated with such dignity and respect. My mom required the most advanced care of anyone in the home at the time, and every single member of the team, Marie, Barb, Janice, and others, treated her with patience, tenderness, and genuine love. We are forever grateful to Marie and her wonderful team for the comfort, care, and peace they gave my mom in her final chapter, and for the grace and support they showed our family throughout. They truly surpassed every expectation we had.

I was considering Golden Age Senior Living Care of Bristol, but they didn't have an actual memory care facility. It's a very good place, but smaller than the others. If an elderly person no longer wants to stay in their house and just needs assistance, and if they want to go in a place with a small group of people that has a family type of environment, that would be a great place. They just didn't have memory care or different levels of care. I was very impressed with it, but my mother would need a little bit more care. It's a very good value for the money, too. I observed some of the people eating, and they feed them as if they were family.
