The staff at this facility is fully involved in caring for their clients. From my personal observation, they focus on clearly making each client comfortable based on their personal needs, preferences, and interests. My wife was there but a short time, but I was very comfortable with the caring and professional atmosphere. They put our entire family at ease. John D. Smith

We visited Diamond Assisted Living and Memory Care. We would need a private room, and I don't believe they offered private rooms in the memory care. They were able to show me the activities and the dining room, and we talked to the chef. We saw the outside area and a sample of the rooms. The room had like two twin beds, and it's shared. There's no shower. They use a community shower. They do bingo, musical activities, coloring and puzzles, games, cards, and different social events.

My mother has moved into Diamond Assisted Living and Memory Care. There are no odors in the hallway. Everything is kept clean. Everybody is very nice and very friendly. The director went out of her way to help us during this process in getting my mom there. She was very accommodating. I only fed my mother one meal there, and it looked good. They need to replace the carpets in the welcoming area though. There are some stains on the flooring. They do a lot of activities there.

My mother-in-law is in moving into Diamond Assisted Living and Memory Care. We chose it because it is very, very clean, and has a friendly staff. The place is kept up nicely. The patients there were all clean and tidy, and does not look neglected. The rooms seem very nice and spacious.

They were very nice and very helpful at Diamond Assisted Living and Memory Care. The manager there helped us understand what your needs might be and what facilities you might be looking for. They had a dining room or you can have your food brought to your room. They had activities that go on all the time, and they had a lot of physical therapy going on. It's homey, but it's very obvious that it moves towards the nursing home atmosphere. It felt comfortable and like family living.

We had our father-in-law placed in Diamond Assisted Living and Memory Care. It's well-run, and they have a really good staff who's patient and very helpful. The place is clean, and they have good food for the patients. I was there while they were serving the meals, which looked very good. He's in a large private room, and he's able to get around in it very easily. The bathroom is really clean and large enough for him to maneuver, so he doesn't have to worry about the time comes when he needs to use the wheelchair. He's currently in the memory care section, but they can move him to the other side once he's ready. They have an activities director there that makes them try different and new things. They do arts and crafts, they also have things for the residents to work on. One of the things I saw was a piece of wood with different kinds of handles and locks that they can play with. I would rate them overall a 4, as there's always room for improvement.

Diamond Assisted Living & Memory Care would be an excellent place for my father. I really like the facility. The staff was friendly and answered my questions. The director took me on a tour of the facility and the residents stopped and chitchatted with her. It was a pleasant experience. They had bingo, arts and crafts room, a TV room, and a courtyard with trees and a little fountain. The facility was very clean and didn't have an odor. Everyone was very calm and relaxed and nobody appeared unhappy. It wasn't new, but it's well maintained. The single room had a double bed and a TV. It looked very nice, and it's $4,800 a month. For $3,200 a month, it was two twin beds with a chest of drawer and a TV, and each room had a bathroom and shower. The TV room had nice couches and recliners. They take their naps in there after lunch. It's assisted living with memory care. There's a service dog that comes in and a minister gives them religious preaching. They have an activity room where they can paint and do activities.

I visited Diamond Assisted Living and Memory Care. Everything went smoothly and was fine. The guy who gave the tour explained everything, and I liked the place. I found it homey, spacious, open, and for my father. He liked to be outside. They had an area outside with the trees and plants. They have bingo, dominoes, come and cut hair, and do nails. They have TV and different activities. I was impressed with the shared room, but itÂ’s big, clean, pretty, and bright.

Diamond Assisted Living and Memory Care was very personalized. The people were very pleasant and caring. They answered any questions that we had and we appreciated the attention. The facility itself was very up to date. It might not be the most modern, but it was extremely well-kept. It seemed like there were two separate dining places, one for those who were ambulatory and another section for those who were not. At the time we went, it was set up for the next meal with tablecloths and dinnerware. It had a home-like quality to it.

It was not what I was looking for for my parents. My step father who is the one in need will not live any where with out my mother so we are looking or an apartment life home. This was much further down the line where total care is needed. I feel when that is needed this would be a good choice. Very friendly and clean. I do think a bit higher than the others but this is total care.

I visited Diamond Assisted Living. The rooms were very large, the ambience was very nice, clean, and didn't smell. I liked it. The lady residents were clean, well-dressed, and their hair was combed. Care was given to them as should be. The dining area was very nice. They had a recreation room, a piano, and a church that came once a week. I didn't have complaints. I was impressed and would consider placing my husband there.

The only comment I have on Diamond Assisted Living and Memory Care is it's more of a skilled nursing facility as opposed to assisted or independent living. Their independent living was more expensive than the new places that came out today. It seemed like a memory care unit or a nursing home. In other words, they lock the door and they don't give their residents the code to get out. The staff was friendly and nice.
