Hospice told me about Rose Garden Vista. It's residential living and I chose it for my husband because it's reasonable financially and they had an opening. They were very pleasant. He's been in another assisted living and when they took him in, he probably was the cleanest I've ever seen him. They cleaned him up. Every time I go there, they talk to him respectfully and to me. He looks clean and well taken care of. He's in hospice, so he's not doing a lot of activities right now, but they have had him up in a wheelchair and they bathe him. It's an older place. They have no salon, but they have people come in to do it. It's close to where I live, it's in the country, and it's no further away than my house to a hospital.
