Splendor Oaks Assisted Living Idyllic Ranch

We chose Splendor Oaks Assisted Living for my dad because of the location. We like that it's small and it's an actual house, like a home that people live in, and the caregivers that we met there were really, really kind and sweet. It just seemed like a good fit for my father. It's a board and care home, and I like the great care that he's getting. The staff is excellent; the staff is the reason why he's there. There's not a huge amount of activities. It's a beautiful place, but it's a board and care home, it's not like one of those big centers that have a gym and all the stuff he wouldn't use anyway. It's a lot less expensive than other assisted living care places.
