I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone, even my worst enemy. The office staff treats residents terrible. They are rude and abrupt almost like they are being bothered. Knowing the lack of low income housing available in Napa, the management seems to use that as a weapon for example, telling people if you dont like one thing or another you can move, or sending letters threatening eviction over some little thing that, for the most part, was just an oversight. Alot of these folks have no family or no where else to go so for management to prevent them from lodging legitamate complaint because they fear retaliation is just WRONG. E.A.H. needs to re-evaluate their on-site management team, consider some kind of sensitivity training for the everyday office staff and get a maintenance crew that can actually stand on a ladder. (we were informed that they are not allowed to stand on a ladder above a foot off the ground, I thought they were kidding...their not) My friend is still residing there she is in constant fear that she will have to leave over some stupid thing or another that she has become a nervous wreck. Don't let them do this to your family member!!!

My visit at Rohlffs was quite nice. The staff were fine. They took me all around. The facility is worth recommending.
