I'm currently living in Terrace Gardens Apartment Homes. The lease I signed claimed it had all kinds of activities, but they've stopped everything, and it was because of the COVID. They won't even let you walk into the office. The place is very, very cheaply built. I've been here three years, my carpet is shredding, the bathroom, shower, and tub are peeling all this paint. I could just go on and on and on. It's a very lonely, sad place. They don't offer food here. In terms of activities, they have none, they quit everything since I moved here and everything's been taken away slowly but surely. I signed the lease for the activities because I'm all by myself, and there are none at all. The person teaching the swimming classes, weighed about 300 pounds, she didn't know CPR, and she had no qualifications at all and should not be teaching. There are several buildings, there is no place to sit outside except for the pool, they had no bench. When I moved here, they had one bench, and they took that away, there's a very little grass area and there are no flowers.

We had lunch at Terrace Gardens, which was very good. The sales person was very helpful. It was good and the apartments were very nice. There was no pool, but there was a library and workout facility. They weren't quite done with construction at the time, but what they completed at the time was very nice. The chef came out which was very nice. There was barely any parking though.
