Our experience with Eagle Glen Care Home was bad. I showed up on a Sunday and people were uncovered in their diapers and it was hot in that house. The staff sent me to another house and it was the same experience. The people seemed nice, but I wouldn't go back to it. It looked clean, but I wouldn't put my husband there. The staff was very kind. The rooms were clean. It was like a hospital setting. The residents didn't seem to smile or anything. The shopping area is probably a mile away. There's Jack-in-the-Box and a couple of other places, like a restaurant. They didn't show me the dining area. They just showed me the bedrooms. I didn't see any activities. The residents were all watching TV.

Eagle Glen Care Home can accommodate six people, and there's staff for six people. It's gorgeous, it has a swimming pool, and they told me that family and residents may use the pool at any time. They're very accommodating to everybody. The staff was very friendly and very thorough. They have a shared room, and the owner said we can always go down if we can't afford a private room.
