Our tour at Cresencia Care Home was very nice. Everybody was very cordial and very professional. The place was stellar, as far I was concerned in terms of cleanliness and the protective measures that they're taking in accordance with the patients coming in. The room was very nice. It's a private home, and it's in a very elite area of Corona. They offer assisted living. Most of the patients are all private. They're running $3500 to $4000 a month, and certainly my sister could not afford that. She could go in under the assisted living waiver program, but not coming in without paying upfront the day the contract is made. She doesn't have that kind of money. The staff was very pleasant. I didn't stay there that long to go into their activities. Also, my concern was mainly to see what the room looked like. I saw the cooking area, which was very nice. I didn't go into any other areas of what their services are. The staff was very nice and very professional. I met the RN there. I would certainly say it's wonderful for anybody to use the facility. They would be very pleased and impressed by it.

The caregivers at Cresencia Care Home were excellent. The facility was excellent and the care was excellent. He was in a private room, and we were paying $4,000, but there were no activities. They had a courtyard and a patio, and the staff members walked him around a couple of times in the walker when I requested it. They had six residents. It's a gorgeous and very spacious home. They just need to have better quality food.

Rooms are clean and a nice size. The staff is truly caring and so helpful. They treat the residents as they would a member of their own family. Staff ensure that residents are taken outside daily, Weather permitting my father was taken on a daily walk. This was nice after being cooped up in an Assisted Living Facility previous to his stay here. The meals were always well prepared and delicious.
